Ew. Had the farmhouse and it was horrible. The food definitely wasn’t up to temperature and I had a bite the second I got into my car.
Bread was weirdly soggy. Slice of cheese wasnt even melted yet. Eggs didn’t taste like eggs just a white mush.
Will not return even if they paid me.

I was convinced to get the avocado toast on a bagel instead of the cheaper option of adding avocado to a bagel because of more avocado and everything seasoning. The seasoning must've been about out because it was just a ton of poppy seeds with a few sesame seeds. No salt, dried garlic or dehydrated onion that's normally in everything seasoning. It also had a thin layer of avocado. I scraped off a lot of poppy seeds but it was still too many and didnt taste good. Pretty bummed.

This place charges $5 for a large orange juice but the size looks like what most Americans would classify as small/medium. I had to double check google maps to see if I was back in Hawaii again.
However, the bagels are bangin — try the all nighter. You won’t be disappointed.

I typically order for Einsteins in Studio City. Great location over there! The one in Woodland Hills is not! Called and ordered 2 Bakers Dozens and a traveler of coffee. When I picked up the next morning, I got day old bagels and the traveler was half way filled. Not going back to this location!

Food is ok,
3rd time in a row that I order online for pickup and it takes them about 45 minutes to get the food ready. Employees are over worked and they’re heavily short staffed specially on the weekends.

This is the 2nd time we used them for brunch. Worked well in quality, taste, service, and pricing in their boxes of bagel sandwiches.

Very tasty. Got a free bagel just for signing up for an account.
I had the Santa Fe- Double Egg Whites, Large Coffee for under 15$
Plus, my free Bagel I had the ancient grains, and it was incredible.
You fill your own coffee, so I'm assuming it's bottomless. Save this location for future visits.

Called ~40 min ahead to place an order for (6) burritos for pickup at 11:00. Came at 11:10 and they charged my card, and hadn't even started making the order, they "forgot" about it. I was on my way to a meeting and couldn't wait an extra 15-20 min for them to make it, which is why I called ahead. Was really frustrating.
