I've been going to einsteins for 15 years. Food Quality has never changed. What has changed is the idiots they hire. Who the F uses a knife that was just used to cut someone else's disgusting onion chive cream cheese bagel on a chocolate chip and strawberry cream cheese bagel without rinsing it and not think it won't ruin it because it did and it was a disgusting surprise to say the least. Who the F takes the extra cream cheese out of the center of someone's bagel?! Who the F puts on such a small amount of schmear that if there was any less there would be nothing on there, I've never seen such a small amount of schmear on a bagel in my freaking life.. who the F charges $5 for this shit. Because that's exactly what it is. Hire people who have better etiquette and know how to eat a fucking bagel for Christ sakes.

First time trying it Einstein and sadly last. Placed an order on the phone for pickup, everything bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The coffee was not good and the everything bagel was more like a nothing bagel. Really disappointed. I won't be back.

My coworker and I ordered for delivery. We got the garden avocado bagel and it was very disappointing. The avocado was black !!! She didn't even eat it. It's best to communicate to customers for other options if they don't have a vegetable or ingredient that's not good. Even though my order was good I ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese bagel. So he proceeded to we paid for what she got was dissipating and upsetting.

I love Einstein Bagels, especially their avocado bagel. Coffee is always fresh. The lady was friendly, hard-working soul. I was there on December 12, early morning, I made 2 big orders, and she was by herself taking orders and preparing them.

Service here is horrible. They F up my order every single time I go. How hard is it to get a bagel order right? Why even bother to take an order, just have the people come in and you hand them a bag with whatever you feel like. Because that's basically what you get when you go here. It's pot luck when you get home and actually check what's in the bag. Short of opening up every bagel wrapper and checking it in the store before you leave, I'm not sure how anyone leaves with what they ordered. There are two other bagel shops about a mile from this location, I would suggest going there.

I love Einstein! I got that lox on sesame bagel. My husband got the all nighter. The guy before me ordered a cinnamon roll so we took one home too. It was so rich and delicious.
