Best vegan Ramen I have had. Toppings are amazing. You can feel the depth of interest the creators at this restaurant have taken creating each bowl and maintaining their level of perfection with each order. Staff is very kind. All around a great place to keep coming back to over and over.

The place lacks the appearance of cleanliness to be honest. To some its probably not as important..

A very technologically restaurant offer QR code and QR pay, it seems like I’m in China. The ramen is fine but the soup is oily. Very good service with free refills.

The broth was too gamey and smells too funky. And the broth was way too warm, not hot enough.

Maybe I’m the only one who cares about this but I didn’t realize that the black to-go ramen container didn’t say microwave safe until after I put it in the microwave. I’ve never had one that didn’t say microwave safe, so I didn’t think I had to check. I usually go to Tatsu and their to-go container is microwave safe and they look nearly identical. Hopefully Maru can get microwave-safe containers in the future, they’re so valuable for take out ramen orders

Found this gem of a ramen place in Woodland Hills. This restaurant was great! We ordered the Kuromayu ramen, Spicy miso ramen, Tsukemen (dipping ramen), Garlic edamame, and Karaage chicken. All the food was top notch! The broths were rich and tasty, noodles were cooked perfect, and soft boiled egg was just right! The Karaage chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside. The Garlic edamame is a must if you have had only plain edamame, the sauce gives it that extra yum! The Tsukemen dipping sauce is out of this world. Soo good and a must try!It was a small restaurant with about 10 tables. The service was excellent, prices were comparable to other places, and waitresses were very nice. The restaurant was very clean with simple decor. They have a unisex restroom as well. If you have a chance, check this place out. Happy Nom Nom!

I was visiting Woodland Hills and saw Maru Ramen. I am so glad I went. Everything was great. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. I had the shrimp pops and spicy miso ramen. Everything was great. Service was great. Answered my questions, quick to get my drink and food.I would recommend this place for a date night. It is small and cozy. It was busy when I went but I still was able to sit right away.
