I have dine in and take out and if you're a foodie like me and have been here you know now that the only downside to this restaurant is that they're soo good hence the lines or wait times but if you love a hole in the wall and genuine food this is the place for you. I ordered Miso ramen and shoyu chicken ramen. I don’t usually write reviews because I don’t want to hurt a restaurant’s reputation but unfortunately I feel scammed. The pork was dry and had to spit it out because it was an endless chew. I got the garlic Broccoli as well which was overpriced for the quantity given and unfortunately that was undercooked and had a crunch to it. I will not be returning, I hope everyone else’s experiences have been betters.

The restaurant is small and family friendly. The food and staff are great! It's definitely a place that can be overlooked from Ventura Blvd. The chicken ramen was well seasoned and a large portion at a reasonable price. I would recommend and will definitely go back again.

I stumbled upon this place searching for excellent ramen.... I called to place my order over the phone and the gentleman was so super friendly and excited for life! I went to pick it up and this place was hopping, on a Monday at 6 pm! The atmosphere was awesome. I ordered the Spicy Meat Ramen (I think that's what it is called) and oh man, this was mind blowing delicious.... so good I want to go back today for more!

I ordered the creamy spicy vegetable ramen for myself and the shoyu chicken ramen for my son. The chicken ramen was delicious and very good value. The vegetarian ramen lacked flavour and complexity, no tofu/egg or any protein included. While the chicken ramen was great, the vegetarian ramen needs work to round up the flavours and make the bowl more of a meal. I was happy with the service and portion sizes were huge.
I had a problem with Doordash and the owner personally corrected it.Great Ramen too!

My parter and I just ate there a couple minutes ago and I will have to say that is one of the best ramens I have ever tried. in 7 minutes or less you will have your food on the table. I will have to say that the chicken doesn’t really go with a ramen, it’s just a personal preference/opinion. I had to substitute pork for chicken due to my religion not allowing me to eat red meat on Fridays. The broth was really good and even the noodles. One last thing, the service it’s excellent. The guy greeted us really good, made my parter and I feel really comfortable and welcomed. I almost forgot my purse and the guy stopped me and took it to me. Overall 10/10. I’ll for sure some back every time I come to LA since i’m from the central coast.

Disgusting staff. The only thing they know how to do is raise their voices and be lazy. I ordered online through Google maps, 10 minutes later I came to the restaurant to pick up the order. The man pokes me in the face that the order will be ready 30-45. Minutes. There are 2 tables in the restaurant, there is no traffic. And these ... don't want to work. I told him to cancel the order. He said "cancel" I call a couple minutes later to clarify, you canceled my order? He said, "Yes, I did." I said, "I don't see any information," and he said, "Call Dordash," even though the order was placed through Google Maps. And what do you think? My husband arrives at this restaurant 5 minutes later!!!!. And my order is ready. Can you imagine? Of course, everything is cold. So you cooked the order, packed it, and waited until the restaurant closed to eat my order? Even though you said twice! That the order was canceled. Learn service! And learn proper English. Service is very lame. You don't know how to satisfy the customer, and you do everything to make him not come back to you.
The guy up front was okay, but the person who gave us the food was absolutely nice. The ramen was 10/10 and kinda big -ish. I recommend the tempura and gyoza which were my fav. The atmosphere was nice, we came here right before it got busy! Love

I was just asking the staff what kind of ingredients they will put on the rolls as I have a medical condition in my stomach and I don't want to get sick and get a biliary colic attack . I told them I can't have salty and oily foods. The chief cook was explaining it very irritated and confused. After he served me the 2nd cut sushi roll...and I just ask him if he put an oil on the baked salmon...he raised his voice on me and the whole people in the restaurant heard it...I was totally embarrassed and due to his rudeness I returned the rolls to him and I told him I want a refund...after I said that he shouted on me and said don't come back here anymore! It was so embarrassing and he humiliated me in front of everybody. Poor and the most awful customer service I've seen in my entire life. You know who you are..wait till I report you to the authority for verbal assault...I was speaking very nicely to you about a certain limitations I can only eat due to medical conditions and you treated me with a very bad attitude....where is your heart and compassion to your customer? Shame on you!
