Nice place with cozy atmosphere The room a little too dark , I had to use my phone to illuminate the map like other customers. I love the food especially the Fillet Mignon. Nice for special occasions or business dinners.

Morton's Steakhouse in Woodland Hills offers a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is classy and welcoming, making it suitable for various occasions. The steaks are cooked just right, and the sides complement them perfectly. The service is attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone craving a quality steak in a nice setting.

I am not much of a steak eater, but we were invited to Morton's for my wife's birthday. We got there early and we got busy at the bar. The bartender was fabulous. He made the drink correctly and brought them to us himself. Nice touch. Drinks are a bit pricy. $23 for a margarita plus $5 tip. Then we were seated. They brought an onion bread that was okay. It was soft and the onions were a bit burnt. That is expected. I would put a nice hot loaf of sourdough. Then the appetizers came and honestly they were good. I had a bowl of French Onion soup. I enjoyed it. But didn't eat the onions. It could have used one addition piece of bread in it. The salads were great. Specially the chopped one. We ordered three different type of steaks and they were all delicious. Then the dessert came. The key lime pie was tasty but the bread putting with ice cream on top, not so much. The restaurant is tucked away and we passed it once. They need better signage. Overall, it was a lovely night.

I tried the Bar Bites menu! The manager, Krystal and my server, Scott took the time to make sure that my experience was everything that is expected from Morton's The Steakhouse! Simply the Best! It is because of their dedication to the Customer that I will definitely be back!

This place is great! Love Morton's, one of my favorite chain steak places. My meal of choice is the Cajun ribeye with cognac sauce, and bacon wrapped scallops! Usually I'll end up splitting a lobster bisque & Caesar salad. Got to love a consistent steak house! Service is always very respectful and helpful, complimentary delicious onion bagel like thing that is always fantastic. Fancy interior that is perfect for any get together

Steaks were great however the Server ordered the dessert for us (his choice) and brought it to the table and then erroneously said "I thought we decided on Creme Brûlée" (how pathetic)! The Creme Brûlée dessert tasted like fish, had no sugar in it, and was burned on the top, absolutely disgusting! The sides were late and were not served with our Steaks. The manager was indifferent and did not offer to replace our fishy tasting nasty dessert. Won't be returning here again.

We eat At Morton's ounce a month. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday night. The salads are a little big so you can share. We had the filet and it was great and cooked to perfection. Service was a little slow when we wanted our check and leave. Don't leave without having the ice cream sunday.

We had a reservation for 6:45. We were told our reservation was for the bar or patio area. We had planned for this to be a nice romantic evening so we didn’t want to sit in the bar or outside area because it was cold out. We told them we would wait for a table. After waiting over 30 mins in the bar area, my husband went up to check on our table. The hostess at the front was a black male, who was initially very off putting towards me, which is why I sent my husband up to check for me. He said he would call his name whenever one was available, he didn’t give him any time frame for reference of how much longer we would be waiting at. Another 20 minutes go by, we were talking about going somewhere else, and after the experience we had here, we definitely should have; I go back up there to check and I spoke to a black woman. It seemed as if she was the manager. She told me she would talk to the male hostess to see if he’s found us a table. It was very apparent that she was actively working to help us be seated. We waited for another 10 mins and were finally seated. Once seated, it took another 10 minutes for our waiter to get to us but we could see they were busy so we didn’t mind. Once the waiter was there, we put in our full order to speed up the process because we had plans to go to an event after. The bread was brought out, 15 mins later the salads we ordered. From that point on it took another 45 mins for us to receive our food. It was very apparent that we had been waiting for a long time because the manager came over twice to make sure we were ok and to let us know that our waiter was very busy with other tables. Finally our food comes out, the steaks were lukewarm so we had them sent back to be reheated. We wanted to eat our steak with our potatoes so we waited until the steaks came back out to eat them. The potatoes weren’t fully cooked. Meaning the were still hard. My husband took the first bite of potatoes and didn’t say anything to me about them to see if I noticed anything wrong with them. I took one bite and immediately grabbed a napkin to spit them out. We told our waiter about the potatoes and he took them away. We then order mashed potatoes instead. After this incident, the manager and the hostess come over to address the steak and potatoes situation. There were no incentives to back this incident. They just took the potatoes off our bill and added the mashed potatoes. At this point it’s close to 8:30 now, we’ve missed our event that we had planned to go to and just went home. This experience truly ruined our night. There was no incentive to make things right on their behalf and having to wait close to an hour to be seated, lukewarm steaks and undercooked potatoes, rude hostess and slow service, you’d think they’d offer something, but no they didn’t. We spent over $200 here and left very dissatisfied. I will not be coming here to this establishment again and anyone who mentions the word Morton’s, will know about my this awful experience we’ve had here. This was supposed to be a romantic night out for us before our baby gets here and it was ruined and we’re out of $200.

We have gone to Arnies for several years now. The menu changes are not for the better. The food was cold this time. We will give the restaurant one more chance since it might have been a fluke. Disappointed this time for sure.

We requested a booth and they gave us a table on the pathway. Took over an hour for them to serve us water. We went for the valentines dinner and they told us the 28oz steak on the menus was unavailable. I'm. a Landry's member and this is the worst experience we have had.

Food was excellent! Overall good experience. Service was pretty good, only complaint was that our server pretty much didn't let us order the chocolate lava cake after our meal was done because it was going to ”take 30 minutes”.
