Ambiance isn't great - they have an outdoor patio that looks nice but it was too cold to sit outside. Consume and popovers are very good. Had a seafood salad with hardly any seafood - price was high. Service was just OK. Don't think I would go back.

What happened to NM Cafe? Lunch yesterday ordered a Pomegranate Paloma and it comes out clear, no flavor at all. Soda water. Sent it back and had a Cosmopolitan. Ordered the Turkey club with fries. It took 45 minutes to get our sandwich and then the it was cold, bread wasn’t toasted, replaced Swiss cheese with cheddar. The sandwich was awful. We weren’t asked how the food wasn’t and I think I know why. He knew it was bad. Thank goodness for the fries and the chicken broth. We loved going there for lunch and a cocktail while shopping. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable but sadly that is no longer the case and yesterday was our last time.The best service came from the busser.

Lovely spot in NM. Always great service, and food is delicious and options interesting and varied. It is pricey, but that should be expected. Hardest thing is finding parking. Never packed full (at least the several times I've been there). Attentive but not overbearing service.

I enjoyed my Chicken Salad for lunch. I dined with 2 other friends. One of my friends got the Salad Trio and liked it. Her only comment was that it needed more salad dressing. My other friend enjoyed all the flavors of her Harvest Salad. The service was excellent! I would recommend the NM Cafe at Neiman Marcus!

This was my first time dining at NM Cade. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. I like that they worked together. The salad was very good, and my friend enjoyed the sandwich trio. The waterfall they created outside is quite lovely.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon. Service seemed very off. We had 4 different people serving us. One waitress had a horrible way about her as if she didn't want to be working there . Drinks took 20 mins , they forgot to bring us the little soups with the pastries you get when you first arrive. I ordered a chopped salad with crab meat and I got a non chopped salad with crab cakes. I asked about the chopped salad and was told this regular salad is what they call a chopped salad. The crab cakes vs crab meat ? I'm not sure what happened there and by that time I was too hungry to fight it. They only thing nice was the waterfall outside but overall very disappointing.

Why is it so hard for a restaurant that charges $21 for a burger to cook it to the proper doneness? This is the 2nd time they way overcooked it. It's not even the same good quality of meat as in the past. The fries were subpar and overly salted might as well been from a fast food place. Very disappointing. The only good part was that we were at the other side of the mall and didn't make it to Nordstrom which a little while later had the looting, smash and grab incident.

Celebrated my daughter's sweet 16 party with a ladies lunch for her friends. The service was excellent. Stephen and Martin took care of us. They even printed a personalized menu with a special drink just for her. The only thing I changed was they gave themselves too low of a tip!! Gave them more than 20% for a special day done right!

Today I discovered this cafe had the April special .. Spring flower of course the name drew me in . A little citrusy and tart the glitter is edible & pretty !! Had the chopped salad tasted fresh would get it again ... also had the lentil soup ! I think if you're in the mall and want a quick bite come here
