We were a table of 8. Our server was nice but not experienced. I had the icetea with refills and both of the times I got a glass with minimum ice, my tea was lukewarm and not good. The food was mid, orange chicken I could have made better, the fried rice I paid extra for tasted like normal rice with soysauce. Never went back here and will probably not in future visits.

I had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s, and a big part of that was Jessie. He’s honestly dope, he really goes out of his way to make sure customers feel respected and valued. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people coming in.

One thing that stood out to me is how he remembers returning customers and even pays attention to their favorite orders. That level of attention and consistency is rare, and I respect that a lot.

Our server Micaela was absolutely amazing. She gave us suggestions when we didn’t know what to get. The whole night she was very warm and attentive with all of us. The service and the food was excellent!
