I believe they are out of business. So I wouldn't bother going. Too bad. I liked the Alfredo pizza and the fact they stayed open late.

This used to be my favorite karaoke place when I first moved to the valley 2 1/2 years ago. I used to recommend to all my friends. Now this place is awful. The staff is constantly new and turning over, the ownership is a laughing stock rude to guests, electricity out. They keep adjusting hours but there have been several instances of gun shots and stabbings. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I can’t believe this place still had 4.3 stars after all the horrible service and bad experiences people have had of late.

For me, this just about represents the pinnacle of an authentic cultural experience in this area.

The karaoke is strange and endless and infuriating and amazing - which is everything you want in karaoke.

The people are beautiful weirdoes.

The food is excellent.

This has all the feel of a true neighborhood bar, and we are lucky that people have the courage to keep something like this going.

My partner and I came here for dinner to hear the karaoke. bartender ignored us for a good 5mins when we got in. She was more interested in talking to a friend who was sitting at the bar than helping us. Finally she decided to help us because she passed by us and told us she had no server and nothing to really eat. We were told they have no menus because the manger told them not to pass any out and that they didn’t serve pizza. We noticed that other guests had pizza at their tables and asked why she was telling us no pizza so she changed it to “we ran out”. She offered us “wings” and that’s it. I’m very disappointed because I’ve waited to come here for a long time and have had so many people rant and rave just to feel like I wasn’t wanted in the establishment.

Put my name in for Kareoke when it started, bought a lot of drinks and food, waited 4 hours to sing but never got called. DJ only calls you up if you tip him personally, messed up system, go somewhere else.

Paoli's used to be the absolute best. Now, it's just awful. Terrible food, terrible service, and KJs who cannot respect the rotation (even when you tip $20+). Avoid. There are too many excellent karaoke bars and restaurants in the valley to reward this trash.

Never experienced this during my many years coming here. Was definitely robbed of my money. Be sure to stay away from this place if you don’t want your stolen

I am writing this review because I am so angry about what happened here yesterday night Sunday 11/24/24. I have not stopped thinking about it. My boyfriend and I arrived here last night Sunday 11/24 close to 12am. Mind you that’s less than 2 hours for alcohol. My boyfriend kept a tab open at the bar while he did karaoke. He got 3 vodka redbulls. I ended up buying 1 Mai Tai but paid for it with my card which I closed out right away. We even ordered a pizza that tasted absolutely terrible. Well when it came down to the end of the night for us after his last song he went to close out his tab. The bartender was charging him for 6 vodka redbulls. He told me and we tried to tell her it was only 3 he ordered and she refused to believe she made a mistake. She told me he got one of my drinks so he technically had 5 for himself. Mind you I PAID FOR MY OWN DRINK. She claims I had TWO drinks. I only had ONE I bought myself which I explained to her. I even have it in my bank statement. I also told her to play back the cameras because I know she was in the wrong. I know my boyfriend only had 3 drinks because I was drinking out of each drink until I got my own which was when he got his 3rd. It turned into a huge scene and my boyfriend felt so embarrassed he just decided to pay it because of the uncomfortable situation which was not okay. He should not have been pressured to pay for 3 extra drinks he did not get. Plus if he had 6 drinks in less than two hours he would have been trashed. Sucks because at the end of the day this was a cool little spot to do karaoke. It’s unfortunate we had a bad experience with a bartender that doesn’t seem to keep tabs very well. Either that or she forgot to charge other customers for drinks and decided to throw it on my boyfriend’s tab to avoid getting chewed out. Regardless I hope karma gets her back. I’ve worked in customer service for years and as an employee if someone felt wrongfully charged I would have gotten my manager to come sort it out as well as play back the cameras to show the customer otherwise that way they wouldn’t feel like we wronged them. I think she probably knows she could have been wrong and didn’t want to admit to it. She even ended up giving us each a vodka shot. If she was certain she was in the right why would she give us free vodka shots after giving her a “hard time”? It honestly felt like a slap in the face. Like “oh sorry I charged you for 3 drinks you did not get here’s 2 vodka shots to make you feel better”. It was my first time here and the experience was fun until this incident. TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS: CLOSE OUT YOUR TABS RIGHT AWAY TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR DRINKS YOU DID NOT GET

This place is cheesy! They have same dirty, smelly carpet for years! Once you enter to this place, you can smell it! Owner needs to remodel, change tables, carpet! and the outside!
