Pros -friendly staff -beef stew is pretty good and flavorful but a bit rich more like a pot pie filling Cons -street parking -pricey -bread with stew was stale

Cute pub. Came in on a Wednesday night, it was trivia night so the place was packed, no tables available so we sat at the bar. It seems that's where the regulars sit as the bartender knew just about everyone that came in. We had a couple of beers and ordered some food. Had a Guinness and an Old Speckled Hen (one of my favorite British beers so happy to see they had it.) ordered some scotch eggs, fish and chips and sausage rolls with mushy peas. I appreciate the mushy peas. It's something I grew up with and really enjoy when it's offered at a pub. The sausage rolls were nice and buttery and flaky. The scotch egg dish was nice with some pickled onions, pickled beets and a small side salad included in the plate. My only issue which is a very small one was the mustard. It's in a jar. I had already used my knife so didn't want to stick it in there to get some mustard out of the jar. I was concerned about using it thinking others might not have been so concerned about sticking a used knife in there. Like I said very minor personal issue. I'd definitely come back k to try more of their British fare. Service is good, prices, fair and a nice pub ambiance.

Good food in a pub setting. Had the chicken pot pie and it was great. Another visit for lunch had the French dip, it was good but I’ve had better. The au jus wasn’t super flavorful. Good atmosphere and great service.

This pub just hosted our large group of 6 families and we had a great time. The owner personally made sure we were well taken care of and everyone in our party genuinely loved the food. The brisket sandwich was perfectly cooked and the side dipping sauce was delicious. Several of us smoke & bbq at home and the sandwich got high praise by all who tried it. My wife is from Philadelphia and our son had the Philly cheese and as far as west coast goes it ranks high. This is a great restaurant and so happy we chose this spot for a last minute event.
