I had an absolutely terrible experience with this restaurant. I placed an order online through their preferred platform, directly from their website. The order was scheduled for 9:00 PM, and I placed it at 7:30 PM, expecting everything to go smoothly.
However, at 9:00 PM, I received a call from the Uber Eats driver, who told me they were at the restaurant, but no one was answering the door. The staff inside refused to open it and claimed the restaurant was closed. Confused, I called the restaurant multiple times, and after several attempts, someone finally picked up—only to tell me they had been closed since 6:00 PM!
To make matters worse, the person on the phone casually mentioned that they had canceled my order, without any notice, apology, or explanation. But here's the kicker—they still charged my card, and the money never went back into my account. Not only was I left without food, but I was also scammed out of my money.
This left me feeling completely humiliated in front of my guests, who had gathered at my house expecting a meal. By the time I realized what had happened, it was already too late to order from anywhere else, and my guests ended up leaving early—all because of this restaurant's incompetence.
This was an infuriating and unacceptable experience. If they were closed, why was their ordering system still accepting orders? And why didn’t they notify customers or issue an automatic refund? This is beyond unprofessional.
I will never order from this place again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it unless they want to be left hungry, frustrated, and out of their hard-earned money.

The last time we went there, the quality of the Kebab was decreased, and they were raw. The rice was made before and wasn’t fresh, and when we ordered, I guess they put it in the microwave to warm up and then served it to us; inside the rice was cold and icy.
Pizza Polo had excellent food one day, but they do not offer good service these days!

Food is delicious and authentic. This is probably the best Persian food in La, the cooks are Persian and it really makes it a more authentic experience from taste and presentation. I would recommend asking what specials they have for the day and you will get a nice surprise every time you visit.
Waited an hour, no food, rude waitress. Left hungry and disappointed. Avoid.

One the guy that work there try to park in front moved a cone to park there came out and yell at me and my friends. After tell him we was going to eat there guy was so rude. Are pizza took like 45 mins to make we was the only once there. Then the food tasted like little Ceasars pizza smh. Never again
