Went to the Woodland Hills location tor the first time. The food was fresh, hot and good. I only ordered a carnitas burrito, the classic size and it was plenty. Plenty of meat, guacamole and other fixings. They had a fresh salsa bar with at least 8-10 options of salsas and more. For the price I felt it was well worth it. The store was clean and airy with an outside patio as well. I think its better than Chipotle!

Don't know what happened but it was the worst shrimp burrito I have ever had. All shrimp were at the 'bottom' so I was eating gooey flour tortilla most if the time. Sorry Piquito Mas but after coming there for many years I'm done!

My family and I order from there quite often. I would say 2 to 3 times a month. Not a month goes by where this establishment does not in some way mess up our order. Either they don't make the food correctly or we incur a missing item, or we get there and the food is not made by the time stated or the food hasn't even been prepared at all and we end up having to wait for our food to be made. It is truly disturbing how neglectful the management is. Today our order which was placed online was supposed to be ready at 8:00. My wife showed up at 8:15 to pick up the order and the order hadn't even been made yet. The person working behind the counter had no idea the order had even been placed until they searched for it.

The food is great, simple yet healthy. They do a good job. However, the owner's wife can be unfriendly and grumpy. Today, she was actually rude. Sharkey's is just down the street, same great food but with very pleasant staff.

Great food! Excellent Manager and Staff! Clean! Ordered the Tostada without the shell, and with stewed/stream chicken instead of the grilled chicken.

Always a great dinning experience. While you can get in and out quickly like a fast food restaurant, this place is a cut above. The menu has wide selection of items like burritos, tacos, tostada's and even tazons and Plato's. All of which are very tasty. I highly recommend this place for a no hassle dining spot.

I have been eating at the one in Studio City since the 1980's. I live close to Woodland Hills' one now and have been several times. The burritos were my favorite but the amount of meat is now very skimpy relative to the price. I very rarely post a negative review but I have had several not good experiences in the last couple of times

If you want the most bland and runny refried beans in all of Los Angeles, this is the place for you. After taking a bite of my burrito, the beans oozed out of the bite hole like melted ice cream. After my burritos water broke, I moved on to my taco which was also completely devoid of flavor despite being covered in all kinds of toppings. The taco was also covered in the runny slop by the way. The salsas were unlabeled at the salsa bar so it was a matter of getting all of them and taste testing. The green one was ok, but the rest were all completely flavorless. The neon orange one is to be avoided as it is also completely flavorless but with HEAT. The only thing with flavor at this place is at the soda fountain, and also the four or five tortilla chips they give you.

Is Poquito Mas Spanish for little to no flavor? I ordered the Veggie burrito and it was just bland soup inside of a tortilla. The burrito was wrapped well, which is hard to find these days...but the burrito and all four salsas I tried were kinda bland. Service was great and the cashier knows the menu and ingredients well. Was hoping the food quality would match the quality of service.

I first learned of Poquito Mas from Bosch. He brought it home from his daughter and said, "It's the best Mexican food in LA." Well, it is good and far better than eating at Del Taco or Taco Bell, but as far as saying it is the best, that's up to the individual. I typically order the Mucho Mas, which is chicken or steak in a grilled tortilla, served with black or pinto beans, rice, fresh pico de gallo, sour cream, pepperjack cheese, and fresh guacamole or just a chicken burrito. Neither is a wrong choice; the meal is always freshly made and hot. Also, their restrooms and dining areas are clean. That's one of my big things: if the restrooms are trash, what is the condition of their kitchen area, a location that tends to be out of the customers' view? Finally, I would advise against parking at Trader Joe's, as we've witnessed cars get towed. So, we always park in the pay lots or street parking.

Incredible food and service, Edgar is the best owner in the restaurant business, been coming here since it opened.

I wish there were more locations especially near me in the Pasadena area. Any time I get the chance to pass by their Burbank or Woodland Hills location I take full advantage. Their hand made tortillas with their fresh ingredients make amazing burritos I look forward to all the time. I’d definitely

Good place for a quick tacos or burritos meal. One warning is that a few of the dishes are very hot, to the point of being unenjoyable to me (shrimp tacos San Lucas for one).

Quick & convenient. Ample seating including outdoors. The food is pretty good. If the salsa bar leaves I'd have to reconsider lol. Though everything has gone up, the prices seem a bit much. (If I'm just buying lunch for me I'm gonna go next door to save money.) Good place to sit & enjoy a quick lunch with a coworker.
