Horrific customer service! I was waiting 5 mins with 4-5 employees chatting away to give my order. When I finally asked if I’m suppose to order through the kiosk only… one employee in the back said “ hold on she’s clocking out”. How does that relate to me waiting 5 mins as they were chatting the whole time? She also said “ you’re welcome”?! Extremely rude! I will no longer support this business and don’t appreciate the unprofessionalism. I’m glad that others around saw what happened.

Delicious Shake!! Amy and Briella were friendly, pleasant, kind, who provided me with excellent purposeful service. I enjoyed the Skinny Dragon Protein Shake with all my favorite fruits on it—pineapple, strawberries, bananas, dragon fruit. It makes it taste delicious with the coconut water and vanilla plant.based protein. Valeria & Eddie provided fast, efficient service—ordered protein bowl (acai based mixed with plant based protein with strawberries, banana, hemp granola, & peanut butter drizzle + ginger shot) They all deserve pay raise 😉 Calming, relaxing environment with tables and chairs for dine in and chillaxing. Thank you all so much. God bless!

Great Goji Berry smoothie that I will continue to buy, but please know the people working here (that I've encountered) are super weird. No customer services skills, act like they don't want to be at work, made the wrong smoothie for me and then tried to gaslight me and say it was the right one? The list goes on. And I was very nice about it so I'm confused. I understand not wanting to be at work just as much as the next person, but what's with the super weird vibes here? The product is not the problem, it's the people.

Caught food poisoning. I called to notify the manager, received an apology but couldn’t get a refund. I spend $11 to get food poisoning.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! If we could give a negative stat we would. I ordered our order online one hour before pick up time. I received the confirmation emails to informing me of our order. When we got there for pickup I gave them my name that was on the order and the rude girl at the window informed us that the order was not ready and had to wait until. She said it should take 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we asked again. She said it would be another 5 minutes. We waited again and we asked again and she said for a third time 5 minutes. We finally asked what was going on because we had chosen a certain pick up time. The manager walked over and noticed the order was sitting the entire time we were there waiting, you can tell they have no communication skills, no customer service, no reason at all why you should go here. Not to mention they made it difficult to cancel our order and to get our money back. Whatever you do, please do not support businesses like these! Sincerely, Taylor and Jonathan
Went there for a second time today as the shake I got was really good and the gentleman working did a really good job explaining the different options based on what I wanted. However today the customer service was subpar. I asked the young lady working about a particular post workout shake that didn’t list what was in it - she didn’t seem to know what was in or she couldn’t be bothered. Not sure if depending on the time of day the service level changes - either way a bit disappointing.
