The service was fantastic. Food was good. The crab cakes were delicious but a bit over cooked because they are served on 500° plates. The steaks are served in butter. Not just a bit of butter but a lot of butter. Delicious of course but a bit over powered with butter. They have changed the cheesecake. Not as good as it used to be.
Are waiter Kyle was the best experience i had as having a waiter, very funny and made my fiancé first time here a great experience specially the person who was in charge, great service!
The waiter was very friendly and pleasant. The steak and drinks were top notch. Only at first we encountered unpleasant behavior of the hostess when we asked her to seat us by the window (the restaurant was empty), she made a face that made us want to leave this place.
From start to the end we had a great time, easy parking, easy to find place, great greeting, fantastic service by Josh and Chef Omar who came to see if everything was right, we ordered a Porter house of 40 ounces which is the best steak I ever had, grilled asparagus crunchy and perfectly seasoned, overall excellent experience, thank you Ruth's Chris this new location is beautiful.
We've been going to Ruth Chris in Los Angeles and Las Vegas for about 5 years. It has always had the best steaks and that and almost that alone is why we go. For me it's the petit filet and they will cook it exactly how you want it and have the knowledge to advise at the table should you have any questions. Every time we would go to Vegas or the recently closed Woodland Hills location this would be the case - the best steaks anywhere. The new Ruth Chris in Woodland Hills not so much. Yes, a new makeover and more hip with young staff - and with that comes a brighter, louder restaurant with less experienced staff and unfortunately a decline in experience for those who have come before. If we'd never been before then we'd probably go and think it was fine and probably not go again, but it would have been ok. But I don't want ok, I want Ruth Chris with attentive and knowledgeable staff. I want an intimate dining experience with great food, if I wanted lots of noise where you are so close to other tables you can hear their conversation there's plenty that offer that. To note, most of those experienced table staff have all gone. So last night....i opted for the 6oz petit filet ‘deal'. I haven't been for a while and it is quite expensive. But that's ok. If we were going every other week I'd order the 8oz petit filet, cooked rare plus. This time I ordered medium rare. Front desk was super nice and gave us a booth which was very kind of them. Table service was good too, not very personable but I'm comparing to the old location. Totally fine though. I ordered the French onion soup as a starter. The starter and steak arrived at the same time. Ok, no big deal although the steak is cooked to a specific temperature range so makes sense to eat right away. Do skipped the soup and right to the steak. The steak seemed over cooked and dry. The waiter came back and asked if ok and I explained. Immediately the flashlight of doom came out and was shining into my food. I've seen the red li
The team at Ruth's Chris was amazing and made my wife's birthday even more special with the little touches they performed. My wife and our family had a great time and I can't wait to come back for my birthday.
I came to celebrate passing nursing boards and the team was great. We usually come for every birthday celebration and I can attest, no matter the celebration the team makes it special. Last night was great, our waiter Kyle was very attentive. Thank you!!
The hostess sat us with the prior customers food still at the table. We waited until we had to call the manager to clear out the food. Then the steaks came out undercooked and we had to send them back. The waiter never asked how we were doing and they didn't bother to clear out the dishes after we were done with the appetizers. This was a terrible experience from the beginning to the end.
New location is fantastic. The bar area is my favorite place to sit and watch sports while having a steak. Friendly staff and bartenders. Highly recommend.
I don't give 5 stars in the overalls...cause is to expensive...👈👎💸😔

First time at this location and we were not disappointed. Food was delicious as usual, service was excellent, had a pleasant and soothing ambiance.
Every time I dine at Ruth's Chris, I have an exceptional experience. The hospitality is consistently outstanding, and the service is both attentive and welcoming. The quality of the food is top-tier — the ribeye steak is always cooked to perfection, and the lobster mac and cheese is absolutely exquisite. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an elevated and memorable dining experience.
My wife and I dined here for our anniversary and it was very nice. The ribeye and lobster were great. We both enjoyed the salad, and the garlic mashed potatoes were amazingly light and airy. Our server Martin was also great, very nice, and attentive.
It's good food but the ambience is okay, it feels like a TGI fridays. The other location had better food and felt more fine dining.
Tony in the bar was amazing. Him and his team really went above and beyond for me and my family. Thank you.
