Had an incredible time and they went out of their way for our engagement celebration. Martin was our waiter and he was amazing!! Absolutely will be returning.

Ordered their $55 3-course meal and upgraded with a lobster tail. All delicious but what's with the tiny plate? Service was perfect! All the food was delicious!

The Tastemaker Dinner special was amazing. Despite the number that were being served, the food came out hot and sizzling. Wine that accompanied each course was well paired. Five stars all the way!

The quality of the food and service has always been excellent. I enjoy the beautiful new surroundings. It's very comfortable, clean and modern. Ruth Chris has always been one of my favorites.

Well, I've being going to the restaurant for years, however my last 2 visits were very fair considering how much a dinner costs there. They are always very friendly when you enter, and their wait staff is extremely well trained which makes for a very nice dining experience. But guys, you have the air conditioning cranked up sooooooo cold, that that is all you can seem to focus on. This past visit I got the BBQ shrimp appetizer. The shrimp were undercooked and mushy and lacked any flavor at all although they claim to use a variety of spices. It was very bland and unappetizing. I also got the French onion soup which had an overwhelming flavor of Sherry wine, which again was also very unappetizing. I just wondered if anybody with culinary experience actually tastes the food they are sending out. My husband was served the mini cheesecake for dessert which tasted pre-frozen with an artificial taste. We just expected much better from a restaurant with their reputation.

We were a party of four, celebrating our adult daughters 50th birthday. The food was fantastic, a lovely leisurely dinner. The staff made extra effort to acknowledge her birthday and provide wonderful service. We had flowers delivered to the restaurant, they made sure that they were taken to our table. A very lovely evening, thank you, server, Edward and everyone at Ruth's Chris Woodland Hills..

We had to ask waiter several times for a drink order. We were almost finished with our meal when the drinks were brought. Same thing when we asked for a water refill. Waiter grabbed our entree dish as we put our forks down. Felt very rushed on a Sunday at 6:00 pm. Really glad to get out of there.

My steak came out wrong. Not a huge deal as I would assume they would just fix it. Instead they showed me certain sections where it was cooked correctly and told me the chef thinks it was cooked correctly. After I said I don't want to eat it they offered to fix it for me. I will never go back and the food has gone down hill and the staff was not very friendly besides the hostess setup the my kids with confetti and crayons.

I always enjoy my dining experience at this restaurant! The filet mignon and the crabcakes are consistently delicious!

I have always loved Ruths Chris. Our service was exceptional last night which is. different tone from the two previous times so thank you. The food is as expected I just feel like it's always a bit too expensive . Overall it was a nice experience.
