The new location of the Woodlands Hills restaurant is an upgrade in all respects. It also seemed quite busy for a Tuesday evening and louder than our last visit at the old location. As usual, the service provided by Josh and his support staff was constantly attentive and very friendly. The food was great tasting as always but I do have one complaint. I had the 16 oz. rib-eye, a favorite, perfectly medium-rare and well-seasoned. Unfortunately, I should have asked for a sharper knife: it was pretty rubbery and had more connective tissue throughout than I've had in restaurant-quality meat. Should I have said something? Maybe but we were enjoying dinner with friends, I didn't want to sit with no food and I thought it would improve as I went. It didn't. I kept pulling pieces off (literally, couldn't quite get the serrated knive to cut through some places) until the white strings were left behind for the next bite. At least being overly chewy meant I enjoyed the flavor longer. Hopefully, this was an anomaly as my first, less than great experience at Ruth's Chris.

Josh and his team were outstanding. We were seated promptly. Josh appeared soon after and took our drink order. It was a very busy night and Josh kept us apprised each step of the way. Of course the steaks were cooked to perfection. We love the new location. Thank you! We will be back soon

Ruth's Chris is my favorite steakhouse. The service is excellent. The steaks are delicious! The new location, in Woodland Hills) is very pretty. The tables are spaced so noise is minimal and you feel like you have space. The side dishes are big enough to share. Don't miss the Caesar salad. It's delicious!

Ruth's Chris has always been a special occasion restaurant for our family. The hostess staff gleefully wished my husband a happy birthday (as I noted on our reservation). Unfortunately the server was not given this birthday information. As tables around us celebrated their special occasion with a nice birthday dessert with candle, we did not. Awkward

New location has a great vibe in the bar. Love the windows and the variety of types of tables - cozy booths tall top tables, larger regular tables and the bar. Drinks were very good - not many options on food. Hoping they can add more options.

This Ruth's Chris Steak house is definately a treat. From the cocktails to the entrees everything is simply delicious and purrrect! I love coming here.The customer service here is beyond excellent! You need to go get your foodie on here 111% Yummo! I suggest you make a reservation ahead of time. This is one of my all time favorite go to spots.

We went for Happy Hour in the bar. They have a very nice little Happy Hour menu for food and drinks. The bar area is large and light, quite comfortable. There is plenty of parking. The food and drinks were goid and the service was friendly and comfortable.
Service was mediocre. I have to say for all the hype, I expected a lot better service. Craig our server seemed preocupied and not attentive. On few occasions, we even tapped a different server to help us to a simple refill. I was asked to remove my baseball hat, upon arrival yet another guest was very conspicuous with his hat and clearly didn't go outta his way to hide it. I guess because he was an Actor, he could probably commit crime and in their eyes do no wrong!

What a great place bomb filets and ribeye. The girl in front hooked us up since it was my wife's birthday and we had no reservations. Our server even though we were in the bar area served us up a bomb dinner. Now folks get ready for every iteam is billed separately but this is common with high end steak spots and you truly get what you pay for.

The service was fantastic. Our waitress was really good and tended towards our needs. The ambience is very nice as well. Unfortunately, the food was subpar. The appetizers were mediocre and a bit cold but we managed. I ordered a steak cooked at medium but it came out as medium rare in which our waitress agreed that it was undercooked to preference. I asked them to cook it just a bit more and it came back just shy as well done. Still edible but I was very let down. The waitress was great and I didn't want to complain. I think I just had bad luck. I may go back again but we'll see. The other person in my party was very happy with her steak.

It was my birthday and Ruth Chris is my favorite restaurant. Unfortunately we were seated within 5 minutes of a group of 14 who required the waiter's entire attention. I thought I had ordered a cowboy ribeye but got a Tomahawk ribeye instead. We asked to split a salad and we each got a whole one. We didn't realize that the waiter was suppose to cut our steak for us because no one was there when it was brought to the table. Luckily we had our drinks at the bar before we were seated as that would have added to the confusion. The food was excellent but our waiter, who was really nice, seemed to have lost us. With a group that large, the manager should have been there to help. They didn't even bring me a dessert for my birthday which they always do. We love the new location and will be back!
