If you want a ton of meat, I recommend getting the short rib pho S3. Literally four times the beef that you'd get from a normal steak pho but just a couple dollars more. I was told they don't have a large version and I can see why-- I was expecting a single small rib but got two large ones surrounded by giant chunks of meat. The noodles barely fit into the bowl given how huge the ribs were, and the meat was pretty darn good to boot.Hopefully they keep this as the standard portion!

I love they're Cornish Hen and pork chop with egg. These dishes in my opinion sets them apart from the other Vietnamese restaurants. Pho is pho these dishes though yum! Service is always excellent and friendly.

I would give zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I came at 8:40pm to get dinner. They refused to seat us even though they close at 9:00pm. We walked out, went back in and asked that they could please seat us. They said no, we stop seating at 8:40pm. Doesn't make sense why they refused service when we were there by the cut off time.

The vegan mushroom tofu bahn mi is the truth! Hubby got the grilled pork and enjoyed it. Wide menu and lots of folks in and out. Would definitely return if in the area.

After coming back from Vietnam we were hoping to find a place that served "authentic" Pho. Saigon Brothers hit the spot! Since we took our order to go and didn't order anything else, I can't speak for the other items. But we will definitely return for the Pho!
