August 9 Tuesday Really bad experience!!!! August 9 Tuesday, I went with my friend to eat sushi and the short fat lady that works there was very rude and disrespectful. She got so mad because I was changing my order and call me and my friend stupid. That was so unnecessary for her to do. I canceled my order and got my money back. I'm not gonna spend my money where someone is disrespecting me.

Personally, this wouldn't be my first choice for Japanese Food. I ordered the Chicken Plate and the Milk Tea Boba. It was not fresh.The boba itself was very hard and fitfully to drink with the small straws. Milk tea was very strong and needed creamer as well. I felt like Chicken Teriyaki lacked sauce and flavor. Chicken tasted boiled or microwaved as to grilled . It happened to be very soft almost as baby food. However, The costumer service was excellent. The teenage girl upfront was very kind, respectful and friendly. I'm not sure if this was a fluke incident but i'm not planning on returning anytime soon.

I ordered Chicken and tempura plate which should have white rice and dipping sauce to go. However, the order missing rice and dipping sauce. They should have carefully checking items before giving to customers instead of socialize with other workers.

This place is always great. Very good chicken and shrimp. I love the teriyaki sauce and rice. All their side salads are tasty as well. They have sushi and tempura as well. Give this spot a try! Free parking right in front is nice too. FYI... They have boba drinks!

Who ever waited on me today was very sweet- she wrapped my mothers dinner very nicely- my mother who complains about everything in the world seemed happy- What can I say - I will be a repeat customer. Thank you for your kindness with my mom.

I'm sad to say this location has really gone down in quality. I went here for years. I hadn't been back to Sansai in over five years so I figured I would try it again. I ordered a backed scallop roll with a side miso soup. Not only did I have to pay 4 extra dollars for a miso soup, but it tasted like s**** I could've made a better one at home out of a packet for nothing. On top of that, when I opened my container, there wasn't even a salad in it! So I got skimped on the salad, paid extra for some s*** miso, and then to make matters worse my "baked" roll wasn't only not baked, it was fried, and it was COLD, not even like a luke warm, it could've been straight out of a refrigerator. And then it once again, tasted like s**** The crab inside it was tasteless, barley any sauce. Can't believe I spent $20 on that b******** Ralph's sushi does a better job. Will not be returning.

I really like Sansai. I love getting the baked salmon roll with Oriental salad and a miso soup on the side. The food here is always fresh and tastes high quality.
My first time trying this place was very disappointing. The staff was rude when I let them know they had given me an incomplete order. I can look passed that since I figured maybe they had a bad day. But the food itself, I can only describe as overpriced and bland.

I just have to say that this was the BEST and MOST delicious salmon plate I have ever had!!! I've been to the Chatsworth location (was ok) but again, I am a wonderful cook, and I can tell that my food was MADE WITH LOVE!! All the veggies were cooked perfectly and the salmon (OMG) was PERFECTLY seasoned and cooked to PERFECTION! Not to mention this place had such a nice vibe too... and was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly always smiling. I can tell they love their job! When I used the restroom, it was also very clean. I took a picture of a frame on the wall that just topped my visit with a cherry on top! Thank you to all the staff here for making my lunch an amazing experience!

We like the place for fast food but today I was despointed. I thought I order the combo. Tempora and roll. When I got the Plat. It was not the box combo I use to get. Ibgotc2 shrimps. 2 slice of zucchini and 2 green beans. Some spoiled tometos and a green salad. No miss soup no rice no sauce for the tampora. It is not ok to charge 13. 95 D. And cut on the food. No sauce in the table no extra napkins. Now you have to ask for sauce too.This is the end for me dining there the wait was long too.Never again you better go to sushi room. You will be better served . Am still so hungry ? and most of all starving.

Terrible staff, food was not well prepared.. the lady behind the cashier was extremely rude ... she was nice to the Spanish speaking customers but not the non Spanish ones ..
