Sofia was awesome!!! She really had us try so many ice creams and so kind that we bought so much extra just for the experience!!!! Sofia is it! Give her a raise because she works over and beyond what's expected!!!

Best banana ice cream I’ve ever had

I would like to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received on May 10th around 5:40 PM. The young African American girl who assisted us was extremely unprofessional. She repeatedly rolled her eyes as we placed our order and again while we were paying. After the transaction, she walked away saying things under her breath. Her behavior was rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel very uncomfortable. This is not the level of service we expect, and we hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure better customer interactions in the future.

Went just before they closed, redhead girl was rushing me even though I was the only one in the shop and it was still operating hours. Bought a $4 cookie and didn't leave a tip because she had attitude and everything was already overpriced. As I was walking out I could hear her start talking crap to the other girl there about how I didn't leave a tip which is exactly the reason she doesnt deserve one... Won't be going back.

I drove from Canoga Park and couldn't even find this place! Waste of time

I normally try to avoid this business because I’m fear wanting all the tasty things I can see inside through the front doors. The store is nice and full of tasty-looking options.

Today, however, I was looking for some lollipops to give as gifts.

This review isn’t about an extensive candy selection. My review isn’t even about the ice cream that is the primary product at this business.

This review is for the young lady that helped me find what I was looking for—Hasina.

After explaining what I was looking for, Hasina did everything she could to help me find something I’d like.

The first 2-3 options didn’t excite me. I was ready to leave, but then Hasina suggested some options at the front counter.

At first, I wasn’t excited that they weren’t exactly what I had in mind. The reason I gave them a second thought, was because I saw how sad Hasina looked when she thought she had failed to help me find something I’d like.

In the end, I left with two lollipops—a long swirly one, and a rock candy sucker. Both were actually better than what I had in mind.

Thank you, Hasina. Your enthusiasm and friendliness is what sold me. 5 Stars!

The place is clearly attractive to kids, and they sell INSANELY inappropriate stuff. There ate little boxes in KIDS eye level saying stuff that kids are not supposed to see in any circumstances. My 8yo kept asking me what the boxes were about! This is absurd!!

There’s an essence of perversion when you think a see through window in essentially a kids store is a good idea. Weird all around, wouldn’t support.

Saw the Bathroom on Tik Tok. For the kids safety either get rid of the window or replace it with a one-way mirror. A cool mirror effect doesn’t matter when there is a possibility of someone trying to take a peep at a kid or exposes themselves to kids purposefully.
