FYI bathroom fixed but now they say they don't know the key code.. how are these workers using the facilities. Also you want ppl to patronize your place of business but they can't use your bathroom room facilities....

First, I like this place for good parking \\u0026 seating outside. Second, customer service is good - but, it could have been excellent, as most Starbucks customer service is.\ \ So, I was overcharged \\u0026 noticed while sitting outside. It was fixed w/o further issue which I'm glad, but it was a little awkward.\ \ My problem is that I didn't get a perk for the error and the rest. Every single time an error occurs where I have to come back into a store or when I need to call in due to card or app issues...I get a perk. So, this ticked me off - ESPECIALLY since I couldn't order from my app for pickup at this location as all the cold drinks were listed as \\\"out of stock\\\". So, I'm being polite enough to inform them they are probably losing business and what the problem is. People use the apps not only to order ahead but also to check supply at any location near them.\ \ So, I should have received a perk for all this hassle of being overcharged \\u0026 the lack of app convenience...why? Because this was my 1st experience with this place. I have no other memory that will balance out this Not-So-Good 1st impression and now I will think twice before going to it again. Had a perk been given, my 1st impression would have been very different, and I would not be writing this review but a much happier one. I would have felt appreciated as both a concerned customer and a valued one.\ \ As always, I will give them a \\\"2nd shot\\\" because we all deserve that. If all goes well, I'll add another \\\"⭐\\\". (puns intended)

I've had to come in twice today already just for them to fix my order. In addition I purchased a sausage egg and cheddar and received a bacon and cheese instead. I'm not going in for a third time or any more times at all. Pay more attention.

This store is always clean and organized. The staff is very nice and helpful. I like that the parking lot is huge and has many entrances and exits which makes for less traffic jams. They have a big deli and bakery. I'm just sad that they dont have a specialty cheese section. I have to go to the Encino chain for my drunken goat cheese lol It is in the same complex as a Starbucks, Panda Express and Chase bank, plus more shops that I'm missing

There's a young man who works at this location. He's such an arrogant little man. He's totally unfriendly, unhelpful, and irritating to deal with. I literally stopped coming here just because it's not worth dealing with someone that negative even if it's for a mere 10 seconds. Fire this guy. He appears to be around 18-22 years old FYI.

The cashier here was super rude she did not acknowledge me at all. If your going to work with the public then at least acknowledge the customer. I will not be shopping at this location.

Update: still a nice market with very good offerings and staff. Used the men's room again. Being a middle aged male... Clean and well serviced. I enjoyed this shopping trip, especially since there were some good deals! Old: Overall a nice market. Great deli department. Nice employees. Management seems either too casual or not really concerned about the customers, though. I had to owe so went to the men's room. Well, tried to. The door is locked so had to ask an employee for the code. Being across the street from a high school makes this understandable. But once inside, the urinal was out-of-commission as was one stall. That left only one (occupied) stall open a 3 guys waiting. I should have just relieved myself in the sink but decided to use the unoccupied women's restroom. Eeeeew, not really clean either. Mentioned my concern to the produce manager. He said he'd deal with it but didn't convince me. Late saw the sales manager greeting customers. Nice touch. But when I told him the problem he denied anything but the broken urinal. As he headed off to the men's room I followed. He tore several pieces of duct tape off the door, flushed and told me nothing was wrong. And then he flushed again and again and finally became aware of the problem. I know grocery stores aren't in the business of providing toilets but you'd think they'd care a bit more... if not for the customers sake but their employees sake. And you'd think a sales manager would have enough social graces to not leave a customer as though he had basically been considered a liar. It soured my shopping experience. But, alas... the checker and box boy had the kind of customer service attitude to make up for it.

This is the worst Ralph's that exist. In fact I don't even think it's part of the Ralph's chains and operates as a rogue store. The managers are never nice, and even the staff is usually pretty bitter(at the check stands). This is another establishment where I don't see any men at the check stands, which is really sad because when environments are not diverse, people tend to gang up. I always say I will not be coming back to this Ralph's, but it is so close to my house. Why can't they operate like a real Ralph's store? The manager today said they are smaller, so they don't have to follow the same rules? I don't think so
