The male cashier was rude and not friendly. The entire staff didn't seem concerned about any customers in the store. Maybe it's because it's next to Taft High School, and they deal with a lot of teenagers and just exhausted. idk. But regardless, it is not good service. I will not be coming here to this location.

been into the spiced apple cider or brown sugar oat milk shaken over espresso drink , being that these are usually seasonal so will be my visits to starbucks . This store didn't have any where to sit , it was just a counter with some items on the wall . Looked like it's on its way out . The corp really needs to update this store .

This is a nice little Starbucks, but not especially accommodating for people with laptops, it's more of an in & out kind of place.It's in a strip mall, next to an anchor grocery store, parking is a nightmare, but if you're eastbound on Ventura Blvd then it's a convenient stop, notwithstanding the lack of available parking (as many spaces as there actually are), and of course, no drive-thru service available.

I haven't been to this Starbucks in years; just dropped in because I was in the area and let me tell you time has done a number in this place. Most of the seating has vanished, peeling wallpaper, scratches on walls, bathrooms are out of order, noticeable trash on the floors and I could go on... Coffee is what you'd expect, slightly better than McDonald's. Leaving on the positive, the staff was friendly and greeted me and took my order with a smile.

I'm leaving this review because 1, I've never been to this Starbucks location..it was my first time. 2, I'll never be back! I ordered my usual drink but for some reason, this time, I got very sick. I've been throwing up all day and had to call off work ever since I had my drink. Maybe something they used went bad? I have no idea but this has never happened! My stomach is turning and I can't keep anything down at this point.......

After using their restroom and seeing how dirty it was, I was reluctant to eat or drink anything from this location. After placing my order for a 12 oz tall drink, I received an 8 oz cup with a lid that did not fit and the drink immediately started leaking. I was on a road trip so at that point I just threw the drink away due to the fear of it spilling all over my car. Only good thing was that the barista was friendly.
