Poor Management.They are always late to me.They put stickers (customers name and drink spec) on my orders.They make wrong items or they forgot give me all items for many times happened.The only reason I go there is close to my house and parking spaces and new place.

I order the same beverage every time and this location has historically been one of the best locations for getting my order right. Well, until this week. Monday, I gave my order for a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch - cream based with no coffee and no whip with extra caramel and extra crunchies. I walked out with a drink containing coffee and no crunchies. Tuesday, same order and it was the best one I've had at any Woodland Hills location. So, on that note, I went back today with the same order and, once again, I left with coffee. Why didn't I go back for a new drink? I stopped visiting a different Starbucks because they got my order wrong every single time. I'm tired of having to go back for a replacement. I'll visit a few more times but, if this keeps occurring, well, who needs Starbucks anyway?

Nice clean Starbucks with a drive thru. No pastry on display here you just need to pick from a menu. I normally just order in advance through the app since I don’t like waiting but I went in on a super hot SFV afternoon and the barista who served me was super nice and accommodating. Starbucks is good quality but the rating is more for the service than anything else.Kid-friendliness: Barista was very sweet to my kids and offered them drink and food suggestions when they asked.

Still hate paying $5+ for a coffee but it is really good - brown sugar oatmilk iced espresso... the servers are always so friendly... I just feel bad that they probably don't get as many tips with the lazy people in the drive thru... even more of a reason to tip! If you can't even get out of your car, for heavens' sake - tip the people that are running all day to ensure that you aren't inconvenienced! It's bad enough we have a generation of kids that feel "entitled" but the problem is they grew up with it being okay.... sorry for the vent.. or should I say Venti??Vegetarian options: Muffins & salads..Parking: Park your lazy butt and go in... it's actually faster service and again TIP your barrister...Wheelchair accessibility: Available
