We got a Slice of the Lemon Cake and it's heavenly and lemony 🍋

Tried the pecan pie at Thanksgiving and it was the best pecan pie I've ever had. Crisp buttery crust, nuts were good - not soggy, and the goo was buttery with a touch of salt, not too sweet!

Each time I’ve done pickup I always get great customer service, they’re extremely organized during the holidays as well so you’re able to be in and out. My husband and I were never a fan of apple pies until I decided to give them a chance and wow! This will be the only place I’ll ever order our Apple crumble pie for now on, I also ordered a chocolate cake before and it was really moist! I just recently placed an order for a marble cake for New Year’s Eve, so I can’t wait for that! I prefer this place over Sweet Lady Jane.

We ordered a two tier wedding cake and had a custom flavor combination that was truly delicious! Our guests loved the cake and it was delivered smoothly to our venue! The Susie Cakes team was super helpful with our tasting kit and organizing delivery - we will continue to order Susie Cakes for our special occasions! This bakery has a lot of different varieties of sweets from cakes to cookies and more. I got a flourless cupcake and my son got a ghost cookie. For me the cupcake was to dense and overly sweet, but my son enjoyed it so if you like sweet stuff the cupcakes are a good option. My son loved his cookie is was perfectly cooked and the icing was the right amount of sweet. The decorations make the bakery come to life and it feels very welcoming. The staff was very friendly and open to suggestions to find something you will enjoy. Prices for the cupcakes and cookies are somewhat fair, I don't know the prices for the whole cakes. The place was not busy at the time I went, however the parking was limited and is paid by the hour. When you park your car you can find QR codes on the post all over the parking to pay. Overall it was a pleasant visit and I can see myself coming back.

I came in do buy a cupcake for a very special occasion. Sam was helping me . She was super sweet and friendly. She helped me pick the best flavor she put it in a nice box and she wrapped it beautifully. Best customer service. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back ❤️

I came in with my 3 kids last week & had a wonderful experience with Andrew who took my order. I am very pregnant, was exhausted & having a rough day & he really made my day so much brighter. His kindness really went a long way…the chocolate cake I ordered for myself was delightful as well!

Your products, in particular, the chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookies and carrot cake were by far the best I've ever had! ....and I've tried them all. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! I was served by Kathleen, Angie and Sunshine. THEY were beyond outstanding. You are blessed to have such great representatives. I thank you all!

I ordered the red velvet, lemon, chocolate with vanilla frosting cupcakes and they were all amazing. I only had one complaint, it seemed like the lemon cupcake was less moist and there was something strangely gritty in the frosting. I don’t know why that cupcake was so different than the others, because the red velvet was fantastically moist, the frosting was amazingly creamy and light, the chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting was perfection.

I love this location! The staff is always so friendly!
Numerous times I’ve come here to grab a last minute birthday cake and I love their adorable signature writing that they put on the cakes.

Love the different varieties on display practically every week. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Needless to say the cupcakes, cookies and various cakes are always on point. Make sure to get a fork because you might not make home without trying a taste in the car.??

I am from out of town and this wasy first time to visit a Susie cakes. The cupcakes looked amazing in case. I ordered the red velvet and it was given to me in a paper bag. I opened the bag and the cupcake was stuck to the bag. I took hold of the cup cake and was using it to get the icing of the side of the bag. The icing was delicious and the cake good, but a little dry.
If I had to rate the first time visit. Customer service was okay. Presentation of cup cakes a 1 star, due to cup cake stuck to bag. Icing was a 5 star and cake a 4 star due to a little dry.

Today is the First-time time I noticed this Susie Cakes in Woodland Hills at the Village. I went inside to check it out. I don't have to tell you the great variety of cakes, cupcakes and cookies they offer. I spoke with this young lady, her name was Murs. She was the manager, probably. She knew everything. And she was sharing with me that everything is done in-house. Every cake, cupcake and cookie is made from scratch. Period. I tried the chocolate cupcake with Moca frosting or Moca icing. OMG!! To die for. You must try it. If today is the day you cheat on your diet, make sure you visit Susie Cakes in Woodland Hills.They also offer by the slice!!Thank you Susie Cakes. I will be back for more cake!

Thank you Susie cakes for the “ITS A GIRL” cupcakes. Ordered on uber eats from montreal for my sister in california. They were perfect and exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be ordering again!
