What a Snooty bunch... A complete disappointment. The menu sounds impressive, but the execution and service fall way short. The staff are easily the most snooty people to deal with — cold, condescending, and completely detached from what good service should be.
The “system” they think they built, It somehow makes everything more complicated instead of simplifying basic service. Ordering, seating, even paying — it all feels like a maze designed by someone who’s never actually dined out. Nothing is smooth, nothing makes sense, and everyone acts like it’s your fault for not understanding their mess of a setup.
Pretentious atmosphere, clueless management, and zero hospitality. Never again.

I love Sweet green, but the process for signing up to pay for parking is ridiculous. It shouldn't have to fill out paperwork that's about as long as my mortgage paperwork was to park. Went somewhere else.

I want to give a huge shout-out to David at the Sweetgreen on Ventura & De Soto! His energy and mindfulness were such a breath of fresh air. He took the time to patiently walk my husband through the menu, making everything clear and approachable.
While that was happening, another associate skipped over me to help the guest behind me. David immediately noticed and went above and beyond—he personally prepared my plate and made sure I didn’t feel overlooked. On top of that, he helped me get my app sorted out and even showed me how to maximize my points for today’s purchase.
We’re already regulars at this location, but if David is a regular member of the team, that’s even more reason for us to keep coming back and recommending this spot to friends and family. Excellent service makes all the difference, and David truly delivered!

My husband and I come to Sweetgreen at least once a week or more! We absolutely love the food and have made friends with some of the employees which has been such a blessing and makes our experience that much sweeter! David has the absolute best customer service and he always makes a point to say hi and to help us right away. Today, I came in and he saw that I was waiting and helped me right away even though he was also cooking and prepping the food which I truly appreciated! Customer service is everything for my husband and I and nowadays you don’t find good customer service BUT David gives us hope that there still is great customer service out there! He accidentally overcharged me, but quickly noticed and went above and beyond to make it right—not only did he refund the amount, but he generously gifted me the salad bowl as well. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and really made my day. You don’t always come across people who care that much. Thank you, Patrick, for your honesty and sweetness!
