Shady place. Watered down drinks. ABC fined them for fermented alcohol and watered down bottles. Closing down December 15th. Sad.

Nice. Long wait for empty seats

Gosh, where should I begin? Bar service was my least favorite part of the restaurant. Took too long to order a drink. Not enough bartenders to handle a crowd. Also, my Margarita was not good.

I haven't been to a TGI in over 10 yrs and I was reminded why when I visited here. We waited to be greeted way too long & there wasn't even a wait. The food was so generic. The drinks were better but had a bit of an after taste. The crowd this place attracts are not up to our standards. Definitely staying away from these chain restaurants.

The food was great but the service was horrible. Server was unprofessional and didn't bring multiple items that we ordered to the table.

The food over there was very delicious and I would recommend eating there again

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. The service, much like the food is trash. Ordered a chicken sandwich which looked like dog food and tasted like cardboard. Informed the server that the sandwich was subpar to which she responded "okay so?" Asked to speak to the manager and waited forever to even speak to one. This place sucks.

My friend informed me that TGI Friday's is closing on Dec. 15th. It's location in Warner Center (Woodland Hills, CA).

I went tonight to have their Combo Appetizers. I chose the Potato skins, Mozzarella Sticks and the Buffalo Boneless Wings. The Sticks and Wings remain the same but the Potato Skins became worse than before. It was perfectly round and it held the oil much more than before. It tasted bad. I'm sorry, this will be my last time eating there. You guys lost me!!

The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the food was actually good but the service was horrible. Waited a good 20 mins before they can even take our drink orders. Since we obviously had enough time to look at the menu, we went ahead and ordered our food. Food was good but not once did he come to ask if we needed anything else, no one did. He was too busy talking to everyone else than doing his actual job. I doubt we'll ever be back especially when I paid $100 for crappy service.

I've been here before since I live so close by. I wonder why I don't come more often as I really like TGIF's food. My last visit reminded me why. My partner and I asked to be seated outside, but the outdoor patio was closed off so that wasn't an option. Then we asked to be seated away from the large loud table that was obviously in the middle of celebrating something. They said no as well since they had closed of that section. It was 11pm on a Saturday night so we didn't want to question the options and just sat down ready to order. The waitress came and asked for our drink order, we just wanted water. She dropped the waters off and she left before I could let her know I was ready to order since I knew what I wanted. It took over 10 minutes and two other parties being seated in front of me before I saw her again to place my order. Then I saw the two other parties that arrived well after me getting appetizers and specialty drinks served before I even had a refill of water offered. Eventually we had our food and it was obvious that it had been sitting out for sometime cause it was lukewarm. This kind of poor service is exactly why I don't come even though it's walking distance from me.

Okay. So I have no one to blame but myself considering that I should have known what I was getting myself into eating here. But what a crappy experience. Came in for dinner with my guy. We sat there for 25 minutes before we got any service. I watched other tables sit after me and get served way before me. Confused, I wave down our server...nedi..or something. We ordered 2 rounds of unlimited apps and our food didn't get there for a good 30 minutes. When the food came out, the server never came check on anything. She didn't even bring us plates. The runners were nice enough to help. Anyway, spoke to a manager nicely. She offered stupid gift cards for an appetizer. The food and service was bad enough and you thought I'd want to come back again for an appetizer? Get real. The server came back and practically threw the check folder at us..probably after she learned that she got a complaint. I've worked at plenty of restaurants to know that neither the server nor the manager cared about my experience. Again, it was my bad for choosing this place. I knew what I was getting myself into

Foods ok. I feel like it used to be a lot better. Waiter was nice.

The food was great, the people were screaming loud. I honestly don't know how the wait staff stands it. They'll all need hearing aids by the time they reach 40. But the glazed salmon was amazing, so they get four stars.
