As a person who's been coming to uba tuba for years. This place is absolutely amazing. All the workers treated me so well and with respect, i usually get served right away and the customer service is amazing. While the workers were great, so was the food. They make amazing bowls and have great empanadas. A very kind young woman served me. Her name is Lielle, her attitude is amazing so is Arthur's, and I don't know the names of the rest of co workers but some young woman with red hair was also very kind and took care of me aswell. I will be coming back for sure. Love this place

This is my favorite place to go to period. Not only is the acai, the coconut base, and selection of toppings amazing, but the employees are the sweetest people ever. I’ve never had a bad experience. Honestly, they all deserve raises at this location, I love them.

I love this ubatuba because it has so many topping options but I must say. Every time I come to this location I leave really unsatisfied with the customer service. Today I came in and There was a young lady with dark hair and a nose piercing who was chewing gum with her mouth wide open and talking on top of the toppings it was simply gross. Not only that but when she was putting the toppings on my bowl she was so rude not only to me but I could tell she is rude to her coworkers. It was quite awful to witness, I don't know how they deal with her. she needs to go. her attitude and nasty looks for no reason ruins my ubatuba experience every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uba tuba is great and I've been coming for years. This was mine and my wife's favorite treat to get during covid and it still is to this day. The fruits and acai are always so fresh and delicious and it feels like the perfect sweet and healthy snack to get. I always get mango in my bowl and sometimes even get one of their empanadas which I think are super delicious. Service is always quick and the staff are always super nice.

Came here around 7:30pm for a healthy dinner and it was PACKED! Line out the door. They must be serving something that people like. I was here once before and I remember it being pretty decent. I got an acai bowl with some granola and fruit. I was so torn between getting half or 3/4 acai. I wasn't sure if it was going to be equally divided between fruit and acai. I got the 3/4 and they basically put the same amount of fruit on each bowl anyways, so I wasn't getting more banana with the 1/2 full. The fruit was fresh and the acai was tasty. I got through the line pretty quickly without my bowl melting which was good. I sat at their nice sidewalk patio. The weather was perfect for the outdoors area, minus the noise of rushing traffic every few minutes. People love to speed down this street even though it's bordering residential.I took away 1 star because they use wooden spoons. I get it, the environment and all, but they come with a taste that is very off putting and doesn't mix well with the acai. Next time I'm bringing my own spoon or taking it to go to eat at home.

Ubatuba has so many locations and I'm glad woodland hills is one of them. Such refreshing and great options of açaí ingredients, the chia seed pudding is a favorite addition. I also love how they serve hot empanadas! My favorite is the mushroom one, cheesy and warm so you better save some mushroom in your stomach for this one! Outdoor and indoor seating available. Street parking available. Friendly staff. Nice and chill ambiance. This is my go to açaí place if I'm ever craving it.

The service is so fast and friendly, the store is immaculately clean, the fruit is fresh, and that's the equation for a great açaí bowlLove how they cater to your preferences. You select your size and decide how full of base you want your bowl. The remaining is left for toppings, so you decide the base to topping ratio. They have several bases to choose from - my favorite combo is uba, mango, and oats because I'm getting old. Toppings are all fresh and they gave some unique items, Goji berry being my recent discovery.All this at a single price per size. Check it out, your taste buds and your lower cholesterol will thank you!
The Cheese Bread I ordered were very flat & hard, must have been put in a microwave too long. I was hoping they would have been made fresh. These should be puffy & soft. Far from it.Would not recommend these to anyone. Very disappointed they actually delivered these for consumption. Could not eat them.
