I have been buying the buttermilk berry cornbread such a unique flavor. It’s so good. I’m so addicted to it. I’ve never tasted such a grape flavor in ice cream ever.
My fav ice cream, so happy it can be found at Walmart !!
Terrible business ethics and customer service practices. Avoid this company. They will not make things right when THEY screw up. They will lie, cheat, and even evade customers to avoid taking any sort of responsibility. Shame on them.
These people are liars and thieves. I ordered 6 pints of cream and received a carton with a hole in it, filled with white, puss-like mold in it, and empty ice cream containers. {SEE PICS!!!!!!} I paid $71 for it and they told my credit card company that sent me what I ordered. BTW, the credit card company is Capital One, so if you're with them, watch out, they seem to AUTOMATICALLY side with the merchant, which is why they're being added the the lawsuit.) (My lawyers say they might be able to be added added to the criminal complaint for shipping toxic mold.) I don't remember ordering white puss-like hairy, growing mold. Perhaps the original sin was not theirs but UPS's, but the law in all fifty states says that if the VENDOR CHOSES THE DELIVERY AGENT, then the vendor is responsible for the delivery. VanLeeuwen seems to think that by failing to respond to all my emails, hanging up on me when I call, and lying to the credit card company ("He got what he ordered") they can keep the stupid $71 for the six pints of ice cream that never arrived (with puss-like mold replaced them.) I'll spend 100 times that to ruin their reputation. I hope my 16K Social Media Fans (@followers) understand that buying ANYTHING from Van Leeuwen is something I'd rather you not do. Warmest to all except the brass at Van Leeuwen and Capital One. Avoid BOTH companies if possible.
Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is amazing! Definitely some of the best hard ice cream I’ve had in this area of LA - we have tried their ice cream from containers at various stores, but at the actual shop it’s so much better. They have lots of different rotating flavors including Earl grey tea, Sicilian pistachio, and coffee affogato! Our favorite flavors were the Earl grey, strawberry, and dark chocolate fudge brownie. The Earl grey was incredible, strawberry tasted like a REALLY good real strawberry ice cream (not artificial), and the dark chocolate fudge brownie was a super dark and decadent chocolate flavor. If you’re anywhere in the valley, you should check this place out because you won’t be disappointed!

I recently purchased Van Leeuwen's French Vanilla Cookies and Cream ice cream from Whole Foods, only to find a hair inside the sealed pint upon opening. This discovery was highly disappointing and has shaken my confidence in the brand's quality control. I have contacted Van Leeuwen's customer service for a thorough investigation and hope they will take appropriate steps to prevent such incidents in the future. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene is crucial in the food industry, and I look forward to their prompt response and resolution of this issue.

My favorite ice cream chain with plenty of yummy vegan options. Cashiers are very friendly and helpful. Glad to see them expending into the valley. Plenty of parking.
