Dropped in a couple of days ago, for my usual chocolate frosty, but (I would soon regret this next bit) this time I added a 4piece nuggets because they came free when using the app.Within an hour I became violently ill, extreme nausea, body weakness, fatigue and within a few hours of the first symptoms, uncontrollable vomiting. Here I am two days later, dehydrated, no appetite & feeling like one would imagine near death feels like.A friend who witnessed the worst of it, informed me these were all the symptoms she experienced when she had salmonella poisoning. So, yeah worst experience ever.

One of the best wendys experiences I've had. I didn't eat inside, but my food was so fresh like they had just made it. It should always be like this, but unfortunately its not the same at every location. It's crazy what a difference it makes when it hasn't been sitting there.

Ordered 2 different hamburgers the buns were ROCK HARD AND CRUSHED just like you’d walk on them stale ordered extra lettuce tomato and mayo Didnt get ANY no communications hereWoman at cash register couldn’t SPEAK! I kept saying: What?? Over and over she couldn’t raise her voice though or talk Lettuce was hard white color romaine?Everything here was bad Management is stealing your money here go somewhere else6pm Tuesday

This is the only Wendy's location I visit, so this review is specific to the service in Woodland Hills. The team here is always welcoming to me and obviously well organized. The kitchen and dining area are spotless. The food comes out hot and consistently prepared. For what the menu offers, this crew does a great job with it.

Got my food drove home, and then when I got home and opened the wrapper the food was wrong so I drove back, they gave me a new burger but I had to go back home wit a new burger and cold fries, and at first the women didn't even try to give me my fries back if I hadn't asked for them, I thought they would switch out my fries for a new fresh warm ones but instead they just gave me my old cold soggy fries back even though they got my order wrong

Strawberry frosted rock. This Wendy's is open til 2am and they will make your fries fresh, the fries are so hot they are hard to eat without burning your lip , but Soo good, hot crunchy ?this particular location is fast and the food is always spot on. People working at this location are adversarial and do not even attempt to help customers out with any issues. If you have any sort of issue, the response is "no, we won't help you with that." It's the epitome of poor customer service.
