I placed a pick up Order through the app and the first time I placed my order it told me that there was an error and retry submitting my order so I put in a second order and they completely charge my card twice when I came into the store store and told him I didn’t want to be charged twice, and I didn’t want two sandwiches the manager on duty shrugged, offered me no solution, and told me to deal with it on my own. It’s a shame I really like coming here and I love the food but I will no longer be coming here because as someone who also works in the retail industry, the least you could do is offer some kind of solution to your customers instead of saying “oh, well, don’t know what to tell you”. All the ladies are lovely I only have issues when the male manager is there .

This is my absolute FAVORITE place to get good bagels in the valley! They're even better when they are fresh. We always get a dozen and just refrigerate the rest so they stay fresh longer. I also highly recommend their plain, lox spread, and reduced fat cream cheeses, they spread so easily and are so delicious. My favorite bagel flavors: egg, blueberry, onion bialy, sesame, chocolate chip, and salt. It gets super busy in the mornings, so prepare for a wait. I wish they would make their service a bit more efficient because I feel like it takes longer than it needs to. There is lots of seating inside and outside, plus they have a few varieties of fresh coffee brewed, and other sweet baked goods like ruggelah, cookies, etc.

Good fresh bagels - sometimes a wait but it's worth it - not cheap - the more you get the bigger bagel bang for your buck. They open nice and early - I usually see the same folks serving me behind the counter .Ambience can be mellow to busy, but it's always very pleasant .Very tasty.

What the hell happened to the size of these bagels! The service is always great but this was a bagel I froze from New York when I went home. Western bagels are like tiny nothing bagels now and it cost me over a dollar for one of these things. I gave 5 dollars to the guy and he gave me back 1.35. 1.82 per bagel!

Been coming here for years, and today may very well be the last. Generally, I empathize with anyone working in the food and service industry, but the workers here do not listen, get orders wrong far too regularly, and have poor attentiveness. Please be better.

Me and the wife went here before church on Sunday for a breakfast sandwich. My first impression of the place when I walked in was meh..Noone greeted us. Their menu was a bit confusing and our bagel sandwich was ok. We both thought the bagels were a bit on the smaller side, but it did the job. Wasn't great, but it wasn't horrible either. I ordered the breakfast sandwich on a jalapeño bagel with egg, turkey, and pepper jack cheese. My wife got a wheat everything bagel with egg, sausage and Cheddar cheese. No pics to share.
