I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at Wokcano recently. The manager, a thin Asian man with dark hair, severely compromised the overall dining experience with his condescending demeanor. He unacceptably placed his fingers over my takeout order while attempting to justify the smaller portion size compared to a previous order. Furthermore, he inappropriately opened and handled my friend's takeout container without permission, invading personal boundaries.

Despite the waitress's apologetic response, the incident left a negative impression. While the calamari and walnut prawns were highly satisfactory, the remaining dishes were merely average.

I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the dining experience for future customers.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is ample space, however, the staff has a tendency to speak over individuals rather than directly to them.

Came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday since she loves sushi, and what better place than Wockano! Our server Abi was friendly and very patient. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely be coming back.

Today I came here with my girlfriend and we ordered rolls and two pineapple juices. They brought me expired pineapple juice, which I drank, after 30 minutes I ran to the rastrum and everything I ate that evening came out of me. I threw up. We called the manager and he told us that these were the remains of the juice and therefore it was probably spoiled. We were not even given a discount. It's a pity but I will not come to this place again. And all the dishes stink of detergents

Service was good. Sashimi Salad was a bit salty. Asked for more mixed greens to balance out the saltiness. The server gladly brought a full plate. Definitely better after mixing the extra greens.
Chinese chicken salad was great! The grilled chicken was very tender. Sauce complimented the chicken salad very nicely.
The Carpaccio was underwhelming
Sauce was too oily not about acidity. Too salty

I’ve been to this location before and honestly I was disappointed , however I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt . Well, it was disappointing again . I actually was hoping it would be better as far as food quality since I was celebrating a birthday .To begin , the baked crab handroll was greasy , not baked at all . The calamari was huge chunk pieces of fried rubber basically with raw jalapeño (disappointing ) the crab wontons were burnt and barely any filling .Tossing the salad we got was basically the only one thing they got right .The young chow fried rice was very cold and so was the orange chicken . To our surprise , all the food was served at the table within 5 minutes , I mean ALL , appetizer , and entrees all served at the same time and entrees were cold . Which means the food was not prepared as ordered . I did tell the waiter to please give us time to start eating our appetizer before bringing entrees . We were not there when they were about to close so no excuse on trying to rush us to eat .The food was not good at all , the first time and the second time more disappointing than before .I’ve been to other Wokcano locations and this is by far the worse with food quality and mid with atmosphere (they can improve their lighting and table decor ) the menus are just some plain pieces of paper .The service was average , when we told the server our food was cold he just walked away mumbling who knows what and went and call the waiter which took some time .Overall disappointing . Sad it is in such a nice location but can’t keep up with other Wokcan locations food quality .

The entire experience was good. Service was a little lack luster, but the food made up for it. I enjoyed everything, especially the lobster crab roll, peacock roll, and chocolate cake, which was a birthday dessert. The dessert cost $15 it's tiny but sooo good!

Horrible service. I asked for kids plain noodles and they charged me $24, a dish with shrimps and she took off the shrimps and still charged me the full amount although there is a less expensive dish. When I asked the manager, he said nothing I can do.Last time they will see my face.
