Absolutely terrible. Placed a to go order through the website and waited in the restaurant lobby for over 15 minutes after the order pickup time. My husband and I were in a hurry, so I didn't look too closely at the food. In addition to the time, the grilled chicken used for my like leather and inedible There was a fly in my husband's chicken dish - gross. I ordered broccoli for my side, but received fries which were soggy from the juice coming off the burger. We ended up throwing everything out except the onion rings.

Went on Sunday Aug 10th at 4pm and waited 30+ min and nobody ever came to take our order or even get drinks. We left and went to red robin. Let me tell you, red robin here in town has 10/10 customer service, fast and great food. Bye Applebee's

Don't go for the all-you-can-eat, you get a nice amount the first plate but less with each round and expect to wait 15-20 minutes for each new round of food. So unless you can hang out for a hour or two to eat enough its not worth it.
