I'm so disappointed with their to go orders. It's a grown adult ordering food to go. I get a portion of child. 5 onions rings, are they serious? I waited 20 minutes to get my order. The atmosphere was not inviting at all. Management needs to do better.

Hello, happy holidays to all!🎁🎄🎁 I am originally from Woodland but have been gone for many many years. I am relocating in the spring from Alabama to my hometown. And I'm so glad to see that Applebee's is still here. I love this restaurant. It's one of my very favorites!! The food is always delicious, The service is outstanding. Very friendly and outgoing. I'm looking forward to having Applebee's be the first restaurant that I dine at when I return home to Woodland. Merry Christmas and happy New Year and I will see you in spring 🎁🎄🎇🥳🥂🌹

My daughter with special needs requested to come here, because of her wheelchair ♿️ I knew there would be limitations . But, we were not even seated.. waited a few minutes, and decided they didn't want our business so we left. ( I was able to use the restroom ) The host was bilingual and assisting a table, which I completely appreciated for them. However, the lack of the same courtesy to seat my group of 3 or even acknowledge us was not given. Very disappointing 😞
Please understand I saw a staff of 4 on the floor and more empty tables than full. No excuse for lack of customer service here. Good thing Red Robin was near by..
As soon as we walked/rolled into Red Robin we were greeted and informed of short staff, when a server said she wanted us in her section.. TAKE NOTE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE APPLEBEE'S!!!! How amazing is that.
If you read this far, take a moment to think about how often you are at a restaurant enjoying your meal do you see a person in a wheelchair ♿️ probably not that often and that is why I am writing this negative review. it takes a different kind of effort to eat outside the home.

Absolutely terrible. Placed a to go order through the website and waited in the restaurant lobby for over 15 minutes after the order pickup time. My husband and I were in a hurry, so I didn't look too closely at the food. In addition to the time, the grilled chicken used for my like leather and inedible There was a fly in my husband's chicken dish - gross. I ordered broccoli for my side, but received fries which were soggy from the juice coming off the burger. We ended up throwing everything out except the onion rings.

Went on Sunday Aug 10th at 4pm and waited 30+ min and nobody ever came to take our order or even get drinks. We left and went to red robin. Let me tell you, red robin here in town has 10/10 customer service, fast and great food. Bye Applebee's
