Went through the drive thru and they charged my card for the money then had me wait for 20 minutes because they said it was canceled and the money was taken off my card. The manager acted like she didn't even know what she was doing fries and roast beef sandwiches were cold also. Not very happy with the service at all.

The food here is fine, but the employees screw up EVERY TIME. If it wasn't the only Arby's for about 30 miles I wouldn't go here.

The food was tasty and hot. They have a military discount which is much appreciated. Unfortunately the interior was filthy! Almost every table was dirty. My shoes stuck to the floor. And every trashcan inside and out was over-flowing. Also the windows were dirty as well. It was not busy and there were 4 people working with a 5th that showed up before we left.. It would seem better to just lock the door until everything could be cleaned up. I did not look but I would hope the kitchen wasn't in the same condition.
It was a cluster f in the kitchen. Wrong order, rang up wrong order on my CC. They fixed it, but overall it took over 30mins in the drive thru
