I am frustrated with consistently receiving stale waffle cones at this location. It’s a waste of money when the cones are not fresh. On 12/21, the cone I received was extremely stale—clearly old, at least 3 days. I refuse to continue purchasing them if I can't trust employees who claim, and I quote, “they are fresh.” This needs to be addressed immediately.

We showed up 10 minutes before closed with a 7 person group and we were all taken care of by a young girl named Lily all within 10 minutes with a huge smile and a great attitude. This young lady is a Rockstar! Thank you for helping us on graduation night!!!

Came in tonight 01/01/24 at 9:10 pm. Website said they closed at 10 pm but sign on the door said 9:30. Either way, all the chairs were up on the tables, monitors/menus off, floors mopped. The boy and girl behind the counter were rude and rushed us, unhelpful. I'm surprised, I don't remember this location being so bad.

Really disappointed with this baskin robbins. I ordered a mocha cappuccino blast with light ice. The girl who made it, Danielle, put a ton of ice in and didn't add chocolate to make it the mocha blast. She barely blended it so there were huge chunks of ice and I couldn't even get it hp the straw. I asked her to reblend it and she said I would have to pay for it again. Unbelievable. I miss the baskin robbins in natomas! Nika knew how to make my drink perfect and I loved getting to see her sweet boys every Saturday morning!

As soon as a customer enters the store, loudly asking if he is a DoorDash Guy. It is insulting and humiliating to assume this person is a Door Dash Guy just by his/her looks or if he/she is holding cell phone in hand. I have been asked couple of times before but I laughed it away (I found it funny) but yesterday, the person working at the store loudly asked me if I am DoorDash I found it very insulting and it didn't stop there as soon as I replied her NO I AM NOT, the insulting look she gave about me to the customer standing in front of me is just bizarre (It's RACIAL PROFILING without saying anything), people can understand looks too no just words. There was no need of making eye contact with the customer that made me uncomfortable just because people from my origin mostly do DoorDash and I DON'T. I do not appreciate this shaddy behavior when my $$ are of same color as any other customer. IT'S A SHAME FOR @Baskin-Robbins

Don’t go to this location ESPECIALLY within a 1/2 hour of closing. Tried for a mint chip shake shake on Wed, they were “out” of that flavor. Told another customer they were out of all cones. Went back on Friday for the mint chocolate chip shake and the two girls working were upset and yelled “we close in 15 minutes!” Asked for the mint chip shake and this time they say they are out of milk. I believe they didn’t want to dirty the blender. People kept coming in behind us and they kept yelling the countdown to closing. 9:22 pm they kicked out three people trying to come in and locked the door! Horrible customer service! Will not be back.

I was super disappointed in this location, first we paid for ice cream they didn't have, then they substituted vanilla ice cream with frozen yogurt, even in my root beer float. The Carmel Cappuccino Blast had so much Carmel it was almost un-drinkable. My kids had to pick a ice cream they didn't want after we paid for what they wanted. Even though it was very busy, I expect a lil better customer service than what we got.
