Came in tonight 01/01/24 at 9:10 pm. Website said they closed at 10 pm but sign on the door said 9:30. Either way, all the chairs were up on the tables, monitors/menus off, floors mopped. The boy and girl behind the counter were rude and rushed us, unhelpful. I'm surprised, I don't remember this location being so bad.

Really disappointed with this baskin robbins. I ordered a mocha cappuccino blast with light ice. The girl who made it, Danielle, put a ton of ice in and didn't add chocolate to make it the mocha blast. She barely blended it so there were huge chunks of ice and I couldn't even get it hp the straw. I asked her to reblend it and she said I would have to pay for it again. Unbelievable. I miss the baskin robbins in natomas! Nika knew how to make my drink perfect and I loved getting to see her sweet boys every Saturday morning!

Horrible customer service!!! After I placed an order for a cake and paid I was told they were out of paper for a receipt , I asked how I was supposed to prove I paid for it and pick it up in a few days and they didn't know. I took a picture of the cake order and hopefully that works. I would have canceled my order but they're manager is out for the next week... store is being run by incompetent employees for sure. Will not be back.

As soon as a customer enters the store, loudly asking if he is a DoorDash Guy. It is insulting and humiliating to assume this person is a Door Dash Guy just by his/her looks or if he/she is holding cell phone in hand. I have been asked couple of times before but I laughed it away (I found it funny) but yesterday, the person working at the store loudly asked me if I am DoorDash I found it very insulting and it didn't stop there as soon as I replied her NO I AM NOT, the insulting look she gave about me to the customer standing in front of me is just bizarre (It's RACIAL PROFILING without saying anything), people can understand looks too no just words. There was no need of making eye contact with the customer that made me uncomfortable just because people from my origin mostly do DoorDash and I DON'T. I do not appreciate this shaddy behavior when my $$ are of same color as any other customer. IT'S A SHAME FOR @Baskin-Robbins

Don’t go to this location ESPECIALLY within a 1/2 hour of closing. Tried for a mint chip shake shake on Wed, they were “out” of that flavor. Told another customer they were out of all cones. Went back on Friday for the mint chocolate chip shake and the two girls working were upset and yelled “we close in 15 minutes!” Asked for the mint chip shake and this time they say they are out of milk. I believe they didn’t want to dirty the blender. People kept coming in behind us and they kept yelling the countdown to closing. 9:22 pm they kicked out three people trying to come in and locked the door! Horrible customer service! Will not be back.

I was super disappointed in this location, first we paid for ice cream they didn't have, then they substituted vanilla ice cream with frozen yogurt, even in my root beer float. The Carmel Cappuccino Blast had so much Carmel it was almost un-drinkable. My kids had to pick a ice cream they didn't want after we paid for what they wanted. Even though it was very busy, I expect a lil better customer service than what we got.

Service is bad, hit or miss sometimes you will get a full banana royale sometimes it will only be some banana with your ice cream.

I usually don't write a review but I was super disappointed with Baskin-Robbin in woodland over the weekend. I ordered a cake for my sons birthday ordered it like two weeks in advance to make sure to give them enough notice. I showed up to pick up cake and they had forgotten to make my sons birthday cake. I asked what had happened and girl that helped helped said is just not made. Don't know what to tell you. Then they refuse yo give me a refund went back for my refund on Sunday and again I was told manager wasn't there and had to go back again. Finally got my money back till Tuesday and didn't even get an apology about them not doing my cake. My son was so upset since we had ordered a special cake. So dissatisfied and disappointed with them. Horrible customer service.

I would rate this ice cream shop 1 star but one employee made it higher. Evan had amazing costumer service and treated me respect. He knew how to control the rush and get everyone what they wanted. What brings the score down is a young man named Hayden or Herron. He made comments and jokes about me ordering vanilla ice cream and heard him making inappropriate jokes about the Indian Community. He treated me terribly and it honestly made me feel really bad about myself. He made me feel as if he would prefer if I took it to go because he didn't want to look at me. Please fix this for future customers.
