Lobby too warm and messy.
Burger - way too much sauces. Also saturated buns... NASTY!
Fries-Too long under heat lamps. Not hot at all.
Drink - Server used very little soda, and 3/4 cup of ice!
Bag-Not folded over to retain the heat.

DEMAND a REFUND.!!

First time visiting this Carls Jr. Super clean & spacious! I was happy to see my husband and I can sit next to each other and the dining area was very well kept. We ordered dine-in and our food tasted delicious and fresh! I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger and zucchini.

They had me park in the front for 5 min at soon as the lady brought the breakfast out I opened my biscuit and gravy since it’s one of my favorite things from Carl’s Jr. once I opened it I took immediately the picture I couldn’t believe it. There was probably any gravy on the container, super sad about the situation. They had me park in front of the store and wait five minutes to be surprised about the amount of gravy that was pour.I also ordered a grilled cheese breakfast toast there was one slice of bacon in there. I’m not sure if they are really short on inventory or what’s going on just thought of throwing this here so it can be discussed.
