Great spot for an affordable simple breakfast, always impressed with the waffle and eggs combo, biscuits and gravy is tasty as well and a great value.
It's different. The plates were small portions it was good. I just wish I could have left their full
Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was far from pleasant. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Roach traps were visibly placed around the dining area, which was both unsanitary and off-putting.
Adding to the discomfort, a large 50-inch screen displayed live surveillance footage of diners in the restaurant, creating an invasive and uneasy atmosphere while trying to enjoy a meal.
The menu, described as that of a steakhouse, was misleading. Not only were they out of steak, but the alternative offered was more expensive and came drenched in an odd red sauce—hardly resembling a traditional steak dish. The chicken strips served were more akin to a sweet-and-sour-style dish you'd expect from a Chinese takeout, not what one would consider standard chicken strips.
The only highlight was our server, who was kind and attentive. It's unfortunate that such warm service was overshadowed by the overall poor environment and mismatched menu expectations.
This restaurant needs significant improvements in cleanliness, transparency, and food quality before it can live up to its steakhouse label.
The photos show the 50 inch live surveillance display and the full roach traps.
Chicken strips are tempura coated, hiding some sort of chicken like material. The texture was that of a wet sponge, and I don’t blame the kiddo for not eating them. They were Out of a few menu items until I settled on a steak, which half of was cooked correctly, the rest too rare for me to eat. Something about the smell put off my wife, and she could’t eat there. Waitress was very nice. Won’t stop here again, wish I could request a refund. Now I’m off to get her and the kiddo food that they can eat.
I always have the liver with onions. It's excellent
This diner is a favorite in our family! The meals hit the spot and are a great value. Today we ordered the Cannoli French Toast to share with the table and it was a hit!
Great food and service. They are fast with only one waitress. Great place.
This place is great, yes the inside is dated. But the service and the food is great. We come out here at least every 90days as we live in the Vacaville area. Its worth the 25 minute drive, we like to get the porkchop and eggs the meat is always tender. The waffles are very good too and so is the country fried steak and eggs. The only issue I have is there is onions in the gravy, but I can live with out it. So would say go give them a try...

The atmosphere is of an old Diner but with big screen TVs in the corners. No volume though. Very Friendly. Delicious food, you definitely get what you pay for.
