I worked at Dutch bros for years so I was taken aback by how terrible the service was. I had to reorder my drink several times, they made it wrong and it wasn’t even complicated (small iced Carmel macchiato with an add shot and the works). They had a weird flow going (one person should be taking the order and talking to the customer, one person should be making the drinks). No one talked to us and there was no line of cars behind us. Terrible experience and sad that the company has gone so downhill.

The employee outside taking orders was yelled at because he wasn’t begging customers for tips. He was threatened if he didn’t ask they would send him home. What kind of business practice is that?

The service was good and fast. The gal taking my order was very nice. The little bit of coffee I did get was good, I ordered a large, sugar free Irish cream cold brew, what I got was 95% ice with very little actual coffee.

I've never had any issues at this location until today. I ordered 2 drinks, out of both 1 of them did not look correct or tasted correctly. I went back and asked if they could remake it. The girl who helped me was extremely helpful. I had an issue with the person who gave me my new drink. Her name was Crystal she gave me attitude and told me to next time ask them to make it with less sweet cream. I've never had an issue with that drink and how they make it, when is been at this location or any other location. I asked if the same person who made my first drink was the same person who made it again because it looked and tasted the same. She had an attitude and said she or someone else could remake it. At that point I told her there was so point if it was going to come out the same, I said thank you and walked away.Like I said I've never had an issue before and I love coming to this location. After today I don't think I will be back.

My sister comes here while I go, to starbucks across the street.today I decided to try them out once again... Well I remembered why I Do STARBUCKS. THERE coffee TASTE BURNT ! LIKE BURNT COFFEE BEENS ? OW WELL live and learn i guess
I took my brother to Dutch for his birthday. He asked for a large chocolate milk with Whip cream. He made sure to bring his ID -due to not being up to date with apps from places etc. The girl was extremely nice about it and told us that with ID, birthday Dutches are only a small and only the APP can get people any size drinks for birthdays. When did that change?
