We love coming here for smoothies with popping boba, especially during the warmer months. My children and I love to play the games provided (i.e. Tic-Tac-Toe, Uno, Jenga, etc…), and the staff are usually so friendly!
Any other time, I would have no problem giving a 5? rating, but today (June 25, 2024 at 1:45 pm), the two Hispanic women working, are not the friendliest. The older one is extremely rude, appears irritable and unfriendly. As she took our order, she was hitting her finger on the tablet screen in an irritable manner, scoffing, then repetitively asked us how we wanted our drinks made, after we had already made it clear – it was like her mind was somewhere else. It appeared that she was training the younger girl, and she did not seem to be very patient.
We are celebrating my daughter’s birthday today, but this experience was very disappointing!
