Ahh, In-N-Out Burger, a West Coast legend for a reason. Their menu's simple, burgers, fries, shakes but they nail the classics. The beef's always good, and the Animal Style option is a must try. But what really sets them apart is the service. The staff at this location is super friendly, and they work fast, even when it's crazy busy. You get that old school diner vibe, where they care about getting your order right and making you feel welcome. It's no wonder...
I'm not a big In-N-Out fan but my family loves it. I just don't like that in the drive-thru the employees never have a menu and just stand there like you already know the menu. Others have never been here before and it would be nice for employees not to assume everyone knows the menu and what they want.
In n Out has a great working model. Also, you can be 20 cars back and still get your food in under 15 minutes. At Starbucks, Im only 3 cars deep and takes me the same amount as In n Out. Starbucks should take a page from In n Out drive thru on efficiency
