Food took forever to get. I had to wait a long time with others in the parking lot. The fries tasted like they had been sitting for a long time. The egg roll was good though.

Went to order a milk shake specifically an Oreo milk shake. Was told sorry they were out, and I’m thinking okay I’ll just get another flavor. Then she responds and the machine is broken and that’s a lie, because if it was broken that would have been the first response for an Oreo shake… but you said “sorry we are out of Oreo”. I’d rather have honesty like we just cleaned the machine tonight can I interest you in something else. It’s called customer service… oh wait that doesn’t exist anymore but you want $20 an hour. My fault for wanting to spend money there… won’t happen again.

You know what I had a bad rating for Jack in the box the quality of the food seemed like it was diminishing and prices were going up. Seems like every time I go there no matter what area I have to wait a long time to get my food. However they came out with the Jack smash it's probably one of the best fast food burgers I've had. Even though it's kind of on the pricey side it's well worth it considering every burger and meal at McDonald's is about the same price however doesn't even come close to the quality of the new burger Jack in the box house so If you haven't tried it you really should your missing out

The manager she a Hispanic female is just nasty, I'm surprised that this place hasn't closed down, I found the male workers is a better fit, she needs to be removed and also you better check your food before you leave because you will get cold fries, or a old burger ?, I had to take my burger ? back because it was old, I feel sorry for the people off the freeway, if they get bad food, because they get back on the freeway. I thought Jack in the box cook to order, not that one. I hate that Jack in the crack, I hope the owners see this and do better. Food is high enough to get old and cold food.

Been here not once but multiple time and the food don’t get no better. Really sloppy food when you finally get it after the wait. Honestly don’t recommend this place to anyone. Will make you not ever want a crunchy taco from any jack in the box again. They are by far not crunchy. More soggy than anything makes you sick once you open them. I know you guys are wondering why I still went back again. Only reason I went back again is they are 24hr and have Oreo shakes. I don’t go there for food no more.
Parking: There is plenty of parking because no one goes there to eat. So it’s pretty empty from my experience.
