The manager she a Hispanic female is just nasty, I'm surprised that this place hasn't closed down, I found the male workers is a better fit, she needs to be removed and also you better check your food before you leave because you will get cold fries, or a old burger ?, I had to take my burger ? back because it was old, I feel sorry for the people off the freeway, if they get bad food, because they get back on the freeway. I thought Jack in the box cook to order, not that one. I hate that Jack in the crack, I hope the owners see this and do better. Food is high enough to get old and cold food.

Been here not once but multiple time and the food don’t get no better. Really sloppy food when you finally get it after the wait. Honestly don’t recommend this place to anyone. Will make you not ever want a crunchy taco from any jack in the box again. They are by far not crunchy. More soggy than anything makes you sick once you open them. I know you guys are wondering why I still went back again. Only reason I went back again is they are 24hr and have Oreo shakes. I don’t go there for food no more.Parking: There is plenty of parking because no one goes there to eat. So it’s pretty empty from my experience.

I have been ordering through the drive thru off and on for the past year now and have never had an issue with any of my orders. Well tonight I had a late night craving for some sweets so I ordered a Jack's Baked Brownie, 3 Pumpkin Croissant Bites, and 7 stuffed jalapeños online. The website told me my food would be ready within 7-9 minutes in which it wasn't. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes upon arrival in the parking lot. The lady who brought my order was apologetic for the delay and brought me my sealed bag of food. Well I should've checked it because my Brownie wasn't in the bag. I tried calling up there to see about my brownie to hear a few phone rings and then suddenly the line went busy. I'm mad because I paid for something I never received. ???♂️
Late at night when my boyfriend and I get hungry and nothing is open we usually go to this jack in the box. The food is acceptable can't really say much it's just regular fast food noting too special but what really kills it is the staff, as a service food worker I understand you are tired and it is late and you probably want to go home but the attitude and tone they use is unnecessary, the worst part is that every single time we go here we are missing something from our order, if we are lucky we catch it and go back in line but when we are tired and just want to get home we don't realize that they messed up our order until we get home. Messing up the order once or twice is not okay but understandable but every single time is crazy. We are partly to blame because we keep returning but hey when you are hungry and you don't have many options you go to wherever you can. Hopefully they can double check the orders better so this doesn't happen often.

Went to this location this morning before work. The lady at the window asked me to back up and wait so the timer didn't keep running. We waited a long time with no food and eventually had to leave without our food.

It’s Thursday morning 4 am..employees stands outside refuse to take my order drive thru says system resetting cause.

They seem to be understaffed. There was no one taking orders for about five minutes. There are no towels in the bathroom. The tables aren't clean. A disabled customer dropped a soda and the first two staff to walk by it just ignored the mess. Another staff put up a wet floor sign about five minutes later but the soda is still all over the floor.

The Employees are nice..I've never ate inside.I go through the drive thru at night and seems like Everytime I GO it's so slooooow!!And I'm usually just picking up DoorDash Orders so I'm trying to pull up quick and get outta there!!
