Take way too long in drive thru! been here over an hour with ONE vehicle in front of me!!!!
I will NEVER eat here again.
We ordered the $20 burger meal, through the app, Since we used the app to order, we also ordered two milkshakes to go with it.
When we arrived at the drive thru window, we were informed that there were no milkshakes.
First strike of the night. (BTW- they weren't going to refund the money for the milkshakes)

One customer, who used to love their curly fries, found them soggy and disappointing on their recent visit, along with the mini tacos. Despite this, the drive-through service was quick and the staff were nice. Overall, while the food quality can vary, Jack In The Box provides a typical fast food experience, with potential for improvement in food consistency and speed of service.
