I went in at 720pm and I was ordering a drink and the girls charge just to tell me that they can’t make my drink because they finished cleaning up and I asked why take my order if it’s not available? Doesn’t make sense then she offer to make me something else I said no I want my refund she says I have to wait for a week I spoke with the manger very rude and unprofessional and didn’t give me a receipt for my refund or gift card never again

I had always had a good experience at this place. This is the only time the banana failed them, it was too ripe when they froze it and it changed the consistency and flavor of my smoothie ?

Just went to the robot one in woodland and was unable to use my rewards or get food there :/ robot was super cool tho!
