Perhaps I found this establishment on an "off" day. I walked in about 10:30 AM hoping to get my day started off with some awesome Jimboys. I had never been to this location before. When I walked in, it was apparent that this place was very clean. I was the only customer inside of the store. I made eye contact with a lady who was looking directly at me. She was in the back area, I am assuming, where the cooking takes place. She didn't smile, but I waited, hoping she would come to the front of the store, to the cash register, to take my order. She stayed in the back, not greeting me or acknowledging my presence. So I waited. I started looking at the menu, hopeful, that I would have something delicious to eat! I looked through the back, where I first saw the lady. She made eye contact with me again, and there was absolutely no smile on her face. She looked like she didn't want to be there. It appeared that she didn't want me there either. Yikes! Again, she didn't say that someone will be right with me or that anyone would be out to help me; not a smile, not a word, not a head nod, etc. So I waited just a moment longer and then she walked further to the back of the store. With no acknowledgment from her and not knowing if I'd ever be served, I decided I would take my business a few doors down to Subway. As I was walking out of the store, I heard some yelling from inside the store, but it was not audible to me, and because my experience was already super uncomfortable and weird, I just kept it moving down to Subway. Perhaps she's forced to be there or was just having a bad day, but it was an extremely uncomfortable interaction. I hope whomever manages the store or whomever is the franchisee for the store, addresses grumpy grandma; the heavyset, older woman that apparently was having a bad day today 4/12/2024. I, on the other hand, would be so so happy to be working at Jimboys in the cooking area where I'd have access to all kinds of yummy food!

First let me say that the employees at this establishment are fantastic! They greet you with a smile every time! They go out of their way to make it a great dining experience. The restaurant is always neat and clean. The food is delicious. I love their tacos and their avocado salad is big enough for two people.

So, we’ve come here number of times. Love the food. Simple, good. But this Jimboys has the most remarkable front person we’ve ever met in fast food or anywhere. She’s been there every time we come. She calls us “darling.” She’s absolutely positive, energetic, friendly, and makes dining there fun. She’s a winner.

Nachos were delicious. Justin gave us original sauce and it was fantastic. Best Jimboys Ive ever had.
The produce was fresh. Everything was delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the menu doesn't show much. To find out what is available, you have to ask at the counter. It would be easier if the menu listed everything.
