very poor customer service, came in at 9pm two ladies started cleaned cleaning instead of helping did NOT greet us at all and were just being very rude towards us no nothing. i get they want to go home but customer service and when recived the item rude. customer service has gone down hill.

Looks like they reopened after being closed for many months. I stopped by an hour before closing. There was a friendly gentleman and lady running the counter. The place was clean and the ambiance was great. If you like ice cream that isn't overly sweet and has natural fruits incorporated, this is the place. They also sell popsicles and other snacks.

Wasn't open when they said they would be. I'd recommend calling but their phone is disconnected. This brand genuinely had good stuff for a reasonable price, but unfortunately not reliable business hours

Place claims to be open. Anytime you go by it’s never open.

Update. Went by 2/8/25 and there is a sign stating that this business has abandoned the site and hasn’t paid rent nor taxes on this site and it’s considered abandoned. Along with mail sitting in the door.

1/6/25 We’ve visited this location three times now, hoping to catch it open, but each time it’s been completely closed. The lights are off, and there’s a sign on the door mentioning something about the business, but it’s unclear what’s going on. Despite these repeated visits, the business continues to respond to reviews claiming they’re open, which clearly isn’t the case. It’s frustrating and confusing to see such a lack of clarity. At this point, we’re left wondering if they’ve permanently closed or if there’s some issue they’re not addressing. Definitely not the customer experience we expected.

The last 4 times I have gone there , once they had no icecream … and the other 3 they have been closed. Did they go out of business already?

It's one of my favorite places. The fresas Con Crema have a hold on me. Go every time I can. Can anyone tell me when they will open back up? I've gone twice this week, and they are closed. Is there a new update of open business hours and days?

Hours on Google don't reflect business hours. Came in on a Saturday at 7pm and they are closed.

When the weather is 100+ ice cream is the perfect first meal. Arroz con leche and vanilla was delicious.

Love all of their options. Large ice cream selection and very willing to make what you order the way you want it.

No napkins, really??Selection is not as good as other michoacan plus stores. Prices are also a little higher.
