The manager at that store is horrible my food was burnt and they didn't want to do nothing about it and they treated me like I was trying to get free food all I wanted was a refund

The young lady with anime paints on her face talked to me rude and then rude again. I ordered my pizza for pickup. I walked in and asked if ordering was a customer service online individual or is it an individual that actually is working at this East Gibson location. The young lady looked at me winked then stuck her tongue out smiled then laughed bwah ha ha. This is not the first but third time for being below negative zero. I then realised it’s the same young lady per my two very poor experiences. She actually laughed as if treating me in a negative once again experience. I do have it facebook live and a littlle apprehensive to post because I am happy to be a resident here in Woodland California, however, this third weird behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. She portrayed as if it was so funny to her. Slamming cooking utensils and doors to the heat vacs. They need to go over the footage for that behaviour and phone logs. A credible business would definitely investigate the young lady along with the poorest customer service interactions with customers period.Beware her poor behaving as if it were funny projection of what ever may really be going on in life because a loyal pizza buying client should NEVER have to pay to experience a ruined pizza day once again.Beware for the young lady for she puts a capitol N on NEGATIVE RUDE CUSTOMERS SERVICE. Very disrespectful.

Food and price has gone way downhill. They were known for $5 pizza which is now back up to almost 10. For that price I can go to Costco. The redeeming factor is the order online and pickup option.

That pizza pretzel crust was just terrible.. First of all, it doesn't even look like the god damn ad, I wouldn't say I'm not surprised about it I really expected it actually. Secondly, the pizza and the pretzel by itself was good, it's seriously only good if you take the salt off the pizza, the pizza with the salt is so bad. When you eat the pizza with the pretzel salt, it just makes you want to puke..

Haven't had lil Caesars in a while. Pizza was fresh and made to order. Took about 13 minutes. This one was very clean inside. Son enjoyed the pizza and cheese bread.

I just had the "Detroit Deep Dish Supreme," and it was amazing! Wow, so much crunchy goodness! I love deep dish anything, and this really topped it for me; this is my first time having Little Ceasar's, and it really changed my view about the quality of the pizza offered there. I'll definitely be back!

Kara should be named Karen instead. I was there the night they closed early due to the weather and first of all, the side window you're referring too is covered so there was no standing in the rain. Second of all there was a sign on the door that clearly stated they were closing early due to the weather. You've got way too much time on your hands to come on here trying to get a couple kids fired over exaggerating the d*** comments you made. Get a life and walk your a** a couple doors down and get your pizza from the other place like you claimed you did and stop trying to get kids fired from their job. It's not that serious lady!. Use all your wasted time worrying about all the homeless people in this town who also give these kids a bad time every night. It's enough they deal with that. They don't need some "Karen" making stupid reviews on Yelp about being made by management to close early.

Whoever was working on the evening of Jan. 4th, 2023 should be fired. They kept the open sign on, yet locked the doors and laughed when we tried to enter at 9pm (they close at 10pm). Instead of coming to the door to say “hey we’re closing early” or something, they just shook their heads and then ignored us. This is the second time in two weeks that they’ve “closed early’ but kept the Open sign on. I genuinely think some of the workers are trying to get paid to do nothing, and I hope the owner can find better staff.

I arrived at 9:10pm, online said they were open until 10pm AND their Open sign was lit. They lobby is closed, so you have to walk over to an order window. I rang the bell and the guys ignored me, so I stood their waiting patiently in the rain. Then one guy just looked at me from across the kitchen & motioned "no" so I motioned the number 10 as a question and the worker laughed at me & turned to his coworker to laugh as well. They didn't have the decency to tell me if they were closed + why.. TERRIBLE customer service, especially for closing almost an hour early. I understand if you run out of product before close etc. but that treatment was unacceptable. Another car after me had a similar experience. SAVE YOUR TIME and go a few doors down to Pizza Guys. They were open until 11pm, very kind staff AND price is practically the same as the garbage at little caesar's.

Hot- NOT - Ready at all. As I entered the store I saw boxes in the glass warmer. I ask for a large deep dish. They said it will be 8-10 minutes. So now I figured would add more pepperoni since it will take that long. As I waited for the pizza I was watching the workersOne guy came in and started to chit- chat with the others. Then he was joking around and swinging his waist long hair over the prep station. That's where the put cheese and stuff on the crust. Only one person was wearing a hat. 10 minutes later what I thought would be my pizza came out. And one guy that seemed to know what he was doing gestured and " Seemed" to say "that one should have more pepperoni". After he said that to the other guy he looked at me with the side of his eyes then I saw him go make another pizza. I expected someone to say that it will be a bit longer, no one did as 6 other pizzas were made and handed out since they made my apparent second one. So 20 min in I decided to ask what is going on and one guy said it will be a few minutes because it needs to cook longer. 27 minutes later waiting for my Hot - NOT- ready pizza finally came out. I asked for some sort of compensation or something since I waited so long. The guy said he can't do anything. So I asked for someone that can then he said just grab a small soda. Even with all this the pizza was great!!! But I won't be back since I might find hair in my Hot - NOT - ready pizza.
