The manager is very considerate and really paid attention to the customers' needs. While I was quietly waiting on the side for my take-out food, he noticed my long presence there and came up to me, apologized for the long wait with explanation, and offered to get my food delivered to my table. Though the food portion is unsurprisingly small, his friendly service provided warm comfort. This proves that professional customer service is still a top priority.

I just went to panda express this location and the lady put me on hold at the microphone outside. I had to wait at least a minute then I pulled up to the window. She took the payment immediately then I had to wait another 12 minutes to get my food which the food was already on there Not to wait for. now I’m afraid that she could put something in my food because I was knocking on the window and showing with my hand on the camera. Hey what’s going on? What’s the hold up because usually they open the restaurant when the food is already there it’s cooked and it’s ready to serve besides that I canceled the chow mein because she said it’s gonna be a waiting time so I took only rice and the meat, orange chicken and sesame chicken, which already was cooked ready to go. All she had to do is just put in the box and give it to me. It will take two minutes max it took 12 minutes and it was no one in line I saw through the window no one in line to serve or in driveway or drive-through. I was the only one this is disappointing. This is disgraceful.

Ordered at Drive Thru. When we pulled up, we asked if there was a wait on any products and were told no. Ordered a Bigger Plate; 1/2 Fried Rice, 1/2 Chow Mein noodles, Mushroom Chicken, String Bean Chicken, Broccoli Beef. When coworker ordered, they were told there would be a wait?
Third entree was lacking in portion size.

I recently had the most frustrating experience with customer service that I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I reached out, it was clear that they had no interest in resolving my issue. The representatives were rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.I was asked to park for 15 min absurd amount of time.
No one seemed to know what they were doing, and instead of offering solutions, they gave me excuses. When I finally thought I was getting somewhere, they simply said have a good night and handed me out food. After like 23 min. It was an absolute nightmare!
This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers, and their service is a reflection of that. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid dealing with them unless you enjoy wasting your time and getting absolutely nowhere.
