Wrong order delivered, called and was told they could remake it and resend it. I also wanted a credit because other pizza places do when they mess up. They refused at 1st, asked to speak to a manager, then that manager said she would have to speak to her manager. I asked when I would find out about the credit and instead I was hung up on.Update, person who delivered brought the correct order she messed up on, and went to eat and the pizza was wrong still! Called and just kept being on hold.

Made my order for around 5 this afternoon. First time they gave us the wrong order. Second time they got our order wrong. Third time it wasn't even dropped off, so I had to physically go in and I was disrespected by the team leader(Helena or lexi, They had long black hair in a pony tail and about 5'4) after i told them i was the daughter of another complainer. Would not recommend AT ALL!!! SO RUDE!!!.

Sad that it took 45+ minutes because no drivers. The owner needs to drive or let someone else drive. No one wants to work any more. They tried to compensate for my wait. The manager is a great person sorry for the review. The owner needs to get out and deliver their product. So I'm giving them a 4 star I would give them 5 stars but the owner kind of prevented it.

Order pizza at 6 pm supposed to get at 7:20. Called 7:30 guy on phone was rude. Said pizza was on it way got pizza at 8. Told driver n his response was hope you have a better night dude. Last time ordeeror eat there. Bad service for not a great pizza. *Manager contact me the very next day very nice n offered another pizza n said she would talk to employees. I appreciated the response. So updating my review*
I ordered a 12-inch combo, and it was wonderful! I also ordered the cheezey bread, which was amazing! I would completely recommend Pizza Guys in Woodland for those looking for yummy food to satisfy their tummies! :)
