Great homey food! They serve a little of Mexican, American, and some things in-between.

Vegetarian options: They have veggie omelets, sandwiches, and appetizers that anyone could want.

Parking: It is located in Purity Plaza strip mall, so the parking is shared by all the businesses, but there is plenty of spaces.

Kid-friendliness: They have both highchair and booster seats and children's menu and child size drinks in cups with lids.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible parking near the doors, about 4 or 5 parking spots away, and both of the front doors open easily to access any size wheelchair. They have plenty of tables to accommodate wheelchairs, knee scooters, and walkers, and the restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

On the morning of Saturday May 25, 2024 I had breakfast at Rafael's for the 2nd time. Both times I had scrumptious omelettes and perfectly cooked hash browns. It was a good idea for me to arrive shortly after their 7 a.m. because by 8:00 the restaurant was starting to fill up.

My Pop and I went twice here for breakfast because we were in town. It was delicious. Service was pleasant as well. Next time we are in town we will be back to eat forsure.

Mediocre restaurant. Bacon was burnt and no flavor on the biscuit and gravy. Guess you have to cook for everyone and have to have a medium spot. But it's bland. But in all fairness, I went there few months ago and had some things other than an it was not bad. So roll the dice and experiment and call it as you see
