Wouldn't know. Hostess said our server would be with us in a few....never saw Ellie..oh wait...we did...just never got to us. We left. Glad we did.

2nd time in two months that my take out order was wrong. The first time, I walked in restaurant to place a to go order. It was a cheeseburger with no relish and pickles. And relish and pickles on burger. Today, I placed an online order for another cheeseburger no relish, pickles and cut in half. Fries with no season for both orders. I received a cold burger with relish and pickles not cut in half. It was as if they threw it together. The only warm were the fries, but they were seasoned (salty). Very disappointed.

Just whent there for the stack of towering onion ? ring. 200% recomended. The service was awesome, too.

Went on a busy Sunday evening and the store was running on all cylinders. Excellent experience. Food, atmosphere and service were top notch, but our server Jessie stole the show. What a wonderful human being. This guy is going far in life. If you visit, and you’re in his section, you’re in for a treat. The only possible room for improvement would be the restroom cleanliness but not significant enough to lower my rating.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. My order arrived with guacamole that was clearly spoiled and lemons that were already going bad, which is unacceptable on its own. However, the worst part is that now, as I write this review, I’m feeling sick and burping up the taste of salmon that was likely also spoiled.

I spoke with the kitchen manager, who was kind and attentive to me despite being visibly overwhelmed. She was juggling multiple tasks: receiving customers, attending tables, listening to my complaint, as well as another customer’s complaint beside me. She looked tired and clearly overworked. I urge the general manager to review food handling and storage procedures and ensure there is adequate support for the team to prevent situations like this. This needs to be taken seriously to avoid others going through a similar experience.

Brittney was our server and she was the best server I've ever had. Made sure we had everything we needed, was very polite, and over all an excellent employee. The food was good to. Five stars all around.

Really convenient for good food before you hit the Sacramento Airport and pay thoes exorbitant food prices.

Recently visited and sat in the bar area for happy hour. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Great place to go and loving the fries.

This place is just great. The burgers are always good. Bleu Ribbon is my favorite topped with crumbles of blue cheese and mixed with all sorts of sauces/spices. So that alone tells you the types of burgers they got. It's super good. the working staff are super friendly, helpful, and well knowledgeable about the food they serve. The atmosphere is busy but not too hectic. For an introverted man i can chill out there. The business it gets is actually pretty solid and it never gets that awkward quiet feeling when theres only a few customers around. Lots of cool art they have inside the restaurant. im quite surprised after covid i see this place running like a regular restaurant. The only problem i have is location because it's so busy in that area and difficult to get in. But for business thats an ideal spot, so they're doing everything right.

We had a family event n decided to go to Red Robin since it was lunch time n the family was together, we called, let them know how many ppl were in our group, they promptly accomated all of us (babies, Children, teen n adults) we had 2 waiters n a floater, the food was delicious a little pricey but the atmosphere n care of us was great, the waitress n their helpers did an amazing job, kept checking to see if we need anything, this was my first time visiting,....was I impressed with service, you bet...Wil I go again ? Yes, but I will order something other than burgers. The menu has a big selection n choices for any taste.

Vegetarian options: One family member is vegetarian, n the choices were only cheese pizza, fries, or salads... need to add maybe 2 more choices to menu

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for the babies, but I did not see boosters seat for the toddlers
