Sol Méxican Cuisine is a great place that accommodates dietary restrictions. They are open to allowing customers to bring their own vegan cheese and chips. The veggie burritos with roasted peppers and onions were delicious, and the server suggested a great addition. The staff is kind, understanding, and does not mind special requests. The food is hot, tasty, and as ordered. While they were out of Chile rellenos, the margaritas are well liked and the large margarita is definitely LARGE! The restaurant features a pleasant outdoor patio that has new additions, making it cozier and more enjoyable. Overall, Sol offers consistently solid quality food, outstanding service, and well-poured drinks. It is highly recommended as a low-key place to dine out for a solid meal experience.
