I’m new to this town, the service at this Starbucks is horrible. I would much rather go to Dutch. All staff are very immature and do not make sure their guest leave happy. I’m completely unsatisfied with my experience here today. 10/10 don’t recommend. Save your money and time!

Unfortunately, the service is very slow at this Starbucks. Everyone seems to be working hard. However, it seems like the employees are not happy by their lack of smiles and just interacting with them. I believe corporate should look at how this location is being managed. I probably won't come back to this location.

I ordered my drinks online, and my instructions for pickup said to go to the counter in the store...but I can't cause the lobby is locked SO I had to go through the drive thru anyway...so what the heck in the point of ordering ahead of time if I have to wait in the drive thru line anyway??

Sunday evening 12/17/2023. Very poor service. I was made to wait for my drink and I was the only one inside the store. The employee used the restroom and talked to another employee instead of making my drink.That took about 15 minutes. I went to the register and she acted clueless about my drink. I told her to not to make my drink just give me a refund. I'll go to the Starbucks on pioneer from now on where they take care of their customers

This location has got my order wrong so many times that I just don't go to this one anymore. They're always nice enough to say they'll make it right when I call in but at this point it's just too many errors and I'm not talking about a complicated drink, I only order breakfast foods off of their menu without any substitutions. They also get attitude when I would tell them it's not correct.

Drive through service was abysmal this morning. Attempted to order a tea at the drive thru, employee said they could not hear, and instructed me to wait until I can pull up further. I attempt to order tea again, employee still cannot hear.try at it's time to be cut off mid sentence and told to "hold on" at that point I drive to window to place order in person. Employeee does open windows for 2 minutes attempt order a 5th time only to be told "it's hard to hear you when you're yelling" absolutely terrible customer service skills. Highly discourage anyone to visit this particular location
